I tried to return three items on their website. It says no hassle returns. They expected me to pay more money to ship the item back then the item was worth-- they tell you to keep the merchandise and they will give you six dollar credit but then they will charge you over six dollars for shipping. They are not an honest company and their products are very low quality. I do not recommend anybody purchasing anything from this company. Whatever you buy is yours whether you like it or not because they will charge you more than the item is worth to get a return label beware and go elsewhere!!!!

White tablecloths and blush color of napkins were spot-on from the photos and they arrived right on time! They were well made and washed/dried just fine in my washer/dryer at home.

This was a beautiful runner .. very light and summery. I also purchased the matching hand napkins

Great service, selection, website descriptions, and price. The quality was more cheapy than I thought and didn't match well with the decor, but they are pretty. They were also rather large, to fill an entire thing with candy/chocolate, so it didn't work well for me.

The sign is okay, just wish the cords were white/clear and a bit longer.

To celebrate our daughter's life we wanted to bring a feel of Paris to the party. We wanted something for each table ... we found these LED towers slightly skeptical due to the low price but we were so happy when we opened the box!!

The towers were packaged well, each one worked perfectly, and delivery was on time!

Only complaint was the charge for rush delivery.

I paid for quicker shipping and my order arrived as promised. It was packaged well and my order was complete with nothing broken. I absolutely loved the plastic goblets! They took the place setting to the next level and everyone was shocked they were plastic. I was very pleased with my whole experience with Efavormart!

I purchased 5 times this month from them .I bought beautiful disposable plates in 3 sizes napkins ,napkin rings ,favors EVERYTHING was better the expected !
I miss handled a product and it was broken. I repurchased it then reached out to there customer service ,asking begging if it be mailed out right away as I was down to 6 days before the event .
They shipped it that day . THEY went out there way to help .Even though it was my mistake .
