Patrice was very helpful. The current efax admin left the organization and Patrice was able to get me access to the account. I was then able to troubleshoot issues for 2 users not receiving faxes. He was very persistent in helping me and responded to all my emails. His assistance was greatly appreciated. Kudos to him and his customer service.

An image that is part of the signature has been processed as an attachment. That's why every fax sent from an email had an "extra" page with the image.
The case was solved very fast, because the employee Victoria from the eFax Corporate Customer Support worked with enthusiasm, diligence, and determination.

Lais was very kind and friendly. She helped determine that the first fax I sent with Faxsipit was successful. Lais recommended that I get my account set up so that I receive a confirmation email after I send a fax. Lais walked me through the process of doing that. When I have to call Faxsipit the next time, I hope I am lucky enough to be connected to Lais again.
