SITE NO LONGER EXISTS
I am a member of this site and regularly get sent surveys, which I never qualify for. On checking out the website today (20 June 2017) I discover that this site is officially closed!!! I have had no notification of this and only started a survey they sent yesterday! What a lie. Do not even try as THEY DO NOT EXIST.

Poor service
I am regularly sent surveys and reminders, but am usually told I don't qualify. When I try to reach the site it's unavailable, so I am beginning to get tired of bothering with it!! Am owed a little bit of money from previous surveys, but think I can wave bye to that somehow!

website has disappeared.
I used to like this company. Have paid out a couple of times but now their website has disappeared and yet they are still sending out surveys have contacted cint who run the site and they were most unhelpful. They just told me to look at their FAQ's page. I am so angry that they have closed the site without notice, are still sending out surveys and dint don't care. Also I was very near to the cash out threshold.

Seemed ok turned out awful
It delivers marketing surveys. Although it is a 'serious' company, nevertheless pretty dishonest with bad customer service I discovered.
One of the surveys I completed had not been rewarded -with this kind of surveys problem occurs- however, first c-s for weeks said that they had problems but they saw I completed it, asked to be patient as they were going to reward my incentive.
After 4 months they do not even reply to my enquiry/reminders.
I find this a dishonest and unacceptable behaviour toward respondents. Probably they hope to still collecting data without paying. Imagine the saving if they do this on a regular basis with many panelists!!
