No easy way to cancel (if any)

Have no method for cancellation on their website. Not even a way to log-in. They continue to attempt to auto-renew subscriptions from 2 years ago that were cancelled a year ago. These are clearly established money-grab methods by unsavory characters. I expected more from them and am very disappointed.

Absolute rip-off

Absolute rip-off! A badly run company and product that has no subscription reminders (BASIC, to say the least!) and you have to email someone to get anything changed... and hope they get around to it in time.
As others have said, they charge you off-season... I mean, WTAF! Your money is better spent on a fire stick. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

Pathetic!

Pathetic money grabbing scheme to scam money from EFL fans looking to follow their teams online.
30€ monthly subscription that runs on through the off season when there is nothing to watch. Subscription cancellation simply ignored for an additional month to squeeze as much out as possible. Finally this month confirmation that my cancellation has been noted. Let’s wait and see.
Avoid at all cost. EFL shame on you!

Is this company legit have been trying…

Is this company legit have been trying to cancel two payments that are taken out of my account every month without any correspondence from them. They just carry on taking the money. Have gone through their supposed how to cancel and that fails to work and you cannot speak to anyone about it. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this company

Subscriptions not fit for use

Subscribed for a monthly pass in April, which I didn't cancel in May as I believed that it would be suspended as there were no further games after it's renewal date. Ifollow continued to take payments despite being unable to watch any matches through it.
**** BE CAREFUL and make sure you cancel your subscriptions at the end of the season as they will continue to charge for a service that you can't even use !!!!

Never again

Content kept buffering and was totally unwatchable. The connection and wifi was strong with good speeds. The commentator also mentioned "gremlins".
Contacted them and they would not give a refund and said it was my fault.
Will never use again.

Waste of time and money

Waste of time and money. Asked for refund again, not for the first time.
Missed watching Gillingham versus Crewe.
Should have learned my lesson.
Do not waste your time of money here.
1* is generous, very.

Shoddy business, essentially an advertising platform for Papa Johns and Betting websites. Seem incapable of using technology effectively. Classic case of having a monopoly and not caring about the person paying. If possible avoid.

disgraceful!!

disgraceful!!
I paid for a match - just the audio as they didn't even have the video They initially played the wrong match!
(not even the right division!) so I missed the start while I asked them to fix.
It then worked ok until halftime, then soon after the restart it stopped working - and I got an idiotic, nondescript message saying there was an error - though it didn't say what the issue was, how to fix or anything. I then spent much of the Second half trying (and failing) to get some sense out of the live chat rep.
Her crazy suggestions seem to resolve around clearing out my cache and installing a completely new browser!
Eventually I was forced to give up, and asked her how to get a refund. She gave me the email address, and I got a blunt email from some person called Chris who essentially just said something along the lines of tough luck - the plug was pulled because you were using a VPN - and because of that you are not entitled to any refund.

There are several points of interest here.
1 - there was no mention of VPN on any error message
2 - their rep didn’t mention it when I was asking why it wasn’t working
3 - at no point during the issue did anyone at EFL suggest turning off the VPN
4 - they are perfectly happy for customers to come to their service with VPN when it comes to processing payment to them! (so they are perfectly happy to allow it when it suits them)
5 - it’s ridiculous that they are blocking VPN anyway. Many people these days is VPN, and especially since it helps stop dodgy sites tracking you everywhere with dodgy cookies.

I replied reiterating I wanted a refund and they've just blanked me.

disgraceful

I didn't receive the service I signed up for so I'm going to take this further

I'm not sure if EFL falls under a regulatory body such as OffCom etc - if so it'd be good to know and complain to them

Crooks

Absolutely appalling app provided by crooks who clearly couldn't care less about their customers. Audio is frequently unavailable for large portions of the matches they stream. Good luck if you want to watch video. But, hey, they have a monopoly, so why try harder?

Rip off for poor product

One star only because you can't give zero. A monopoly designed to exploit fans. But worse it doesn't work properly. Frequent glitches and pauses at best - complete matches lost on worst days. I'd say avoid at all costs but if you can't listen to the local radio you won't be able to listen to your team. A scandal.

Yes another waste of £10

Yes another waste of £10. Why is my brother in law in America able to watch the same game as me, but without it constantly cutting out!
Don’t tell me my internet is rubbish, because it’s hard wired in and is 56mp.

Ifollow is terrible

Ifollow is terrible, I personally can't watch a game for my team because of the continuous buffering.

We pay £10 a match and majority of the time it's unwatchable and it's not an Internet issue.

The service is badly managed, run and nobody seems to care.
