If you ever get a chance to do this tour, do it!! You will not be sorry. If you go during their winter then I recommend doing New Zealand first and work your way up to Cairns. Amazing educational and fun adventure.

It was a great combination of activities and down time for students. All of the culture and iconic activities were a awesome part of the experience.
Great time, hectic at times and waiting times at airports was a little rough but a great time!

This was an epic journey. It was so different from any tour I had done in Europe, yet still familiar to what I could expect for myself and my students. There were tremendous cultural experiences in New Zealand, yet nothing beat snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. The Hawaii extension also allowed us to relax a bit while breaking up the long flights home. I cannot recommend this particular tour enough.

This is not the Australia you are thinking of. This is more metropolitan. If a student group is involved they cater to the American appetite and not much cultural foods are when eating with the group. If you have food allergies make sure to contact the airline directly.
My daughter had an amazing time Down Under. The tour provided so many opportunities to choose from for optional activities to suit the adventurous to the more relaxed paced. She took in cultural experiences that taught history and highlights of Australian life. They saw native wildlife and experienced the Great Barrier Reef up close. I appreciated the opportunity for my teen to gain confidence in the world, making choices independently and conquering challenges. It was an amazing experience for her!

The itinerary was packed with fun, learning, and adventure. Our tour guide could not have been better and we also had some time to explore on our own. We did so many things, there is no way to discuss them all, but swimming on the Great Barrier Reef was the highlight for me.
