Conned a man with Cancer out of money and car

I am a man with cancer, conned out of money and a car
I would give no stars, but that is not an option.
A 40-year-old family business that changes its legal identity every couple of years. I bought a car from these people under their last trading name. I am being treated for cancer, and to cheer my family up, we decided to buy a car for my youngest daughter to learn to drive in. They were all very friendly and accommodating, even said John, the salesman (owner?), would pray for me to get better, and all the reviews suggest a good operator - all turned out to be fake. 20 mins into driving the car home, it broke down with catastrophic engine failure. 2.5 hrs later, the tow truck arrived and towed it back to the garage. Garage did not contact me, so I rang on the Saturday and asked for a refund. John said ok, but cannot do anything till Monday when the head office is open. I rang on Monday and was told it would be done. Since then, they blocked my numbers, ignored my emails, ignored the CCJ that I raised against them, kept my money, kept the car, tried to obtain another V5 from DVLA, changed the name of the business, AVOID at ALL costs, no safer than buying privately. Now trading under this name, it was HM Automotives, and you will note the name keeps changing every couple of years.
