I had lots of scammers & catfishers.
They run an awful service
They run an awful service. I didn't realise the contract was 12 months, despite seeing the 14-day trial. I cancelled within the hours, and they still charged me £65, which I feel is sickening. I can only hope it pleases your shareholders.
In the short time I spent on the app, I did not see a single person who might be remotely suitable.
I would say the app is a scam.
Bunch of crooks!
Wouldn't have given any stars if I had a choice. You can't communicate with anyone unless you pay. Then it's automatic renewal which you are not made aware of on signing up!
I paid around £70 initially, cancelled my membership after a couple of months due to lack of local members now they have taken over £200 renewal fee!!!
Don't go anywhere near these thieves. 😡Stick to the free dating apps which basically do the same rhing
IT'S A SCAM IN SO MANY WAYS.
Paying to able to read messages
I think having to pay the high price to be able to read the message is high. When you are a widow you want to meet a nice gentleman but don’t want to pay all that money plus the person who sends you a message never knows that you would respond to his message if free. Plus some of my messages tell I have info that can not be used.

Good idea-bad execution
Good idea, horrible execution.
Filled out the whole questionnaire just to get to the profile information where I wasn't even able to choose my country.
Why waste potential customers' time if you could've made sure that you let me know first, that I can't use your service?
how it is, or at least for me.
I've found a few connections with people that seem nice. most people just pass by as if I'm a seat filler or something, so finding a few or even the one that will stop and say hi is a bonus.
I am very much happy

I haven't gotten any response from users I've been sending likes and messages to ever since I've been using the site

I got an obligatory "like" from a fake profile once a week until my subscription ran out, then all of a sudden I get all kinds of attention in an effort by the site to get me to resubscribe. No wonder the app is rated so low in the store 🙄
High Quality of Suggested Matches
I like the high quality of suggested matches. They're a lot more interested and sincere in seeking a long term committed relationship, which is what I'm hoping to find. I do wish there was more of a selection; I see mostly the same faces each time. I'd love it if you perhaps reordered the photos in Discovery each time, in order of some different parameters, rather than me needing to change the criteria of the search.
Don't wast your 5 messages!!!
The only issue that I have with the service has been the 5-message rule. I have not Dated since High School, some 50++ years ago, At that time I was very shy.
I still am. There is a lady some 20+- miles from me that her profile Hit every mark that I was looking for. It was one of my first attempts at contacting anyone. I simple froze when I first responded. Not entering anything - that was the first attempt. the next 4 were partial sentences. That was the 5. FIVE months later she and I are both still looking.
Not being able to send her and intelligent message

Trash
This site is the same as free sites. Please don't waste your time nor money. Eharmony traps you into costly payment plans, collects their money upfront then you're left with a poor user experience. I should have known better when they only offered long-term packages, 6months, 1 year and 2 year. I understand it may take time to find a quality match but it's exhausting swiping left and right and reading profiles from men who live 100s of miles away because there aren't enough members in your area, men seeking green card marriages or men not seeking long-term relationships! These are not quality matches. Half the guys don't pay for the site, so they can't communicate with you. It seems they can only send ice breakers which are would you rather photos. Terrible!
