This time one of the smaller items got delivered slightly damaged ( supplier issue), emailed Eid party to let them know. Honestly was not even expecting a reply back, they didn’t only reply but apologised as well as refunded for the damaged item. Well impressed

I first received a damaged product but as soon as contacted them not only did they give me 30% discount but sent a replacement as a good will gesture that I received this next day In perfect condition Very helpful to resolve the issue and assisting as soon as you email them.
