We only book with Elan. They have treated us like family every time we visit the Outer Banks.

It was a pleasure dealing with this rental agency all they way through -- from making a vacation rental reservation, executing the contract, payment, check-in, calls for repairs, and check out. I am 100% satisfied and would definitely use them again.

We found the house much better than expected,,everything was clean everything you could ask was there. The check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. We would recommend this house for anyone. We hope to return again next year.

Each year we have booked with Elan, we have been very satisfied. In 2017, the rooms were filthy, the beds were made with wet and soiled linens, the kitchen was dirty. We were very disappointed to have stayed in "Just A Fluke" prior to Mom having to go through chemotherapy. I understand you no longer carry this property, but this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths for Elan.

The service at Elan is phenomenal! They really care about the guest's experience, and make vacationing on the Outer Banks super easy. We stayed at Sunny Delight, which had a phenomenal location for the money, and was clean and fresh on our arrival.
