I bought the new shield for fitting behind the balls in electro play. Unfortunately, I'd say that it wasn't a 'great' experience, because the three rubber prongs on each side didn't connect with skin sufficiently to provide a good connection. This could be fixed by either extending the prongs a little {requiring a change by the manufacturer—I'd suggest a doubling in length} or by shaving public hair off in appropriate places, which should provide a better skin connection.
On the issue of delivery, I'd give the company five stars. The products I bought were very well packaged, and arrived across the globe in very quick time!

Packaging: You got to be kidding. No one does that good of packaging. Well, ElectraStim does. All products are double boxed and the product within the box is encased in foam and sealed with plastic wrap.
Product Performance: Design, material, and human factors were right on.
Customer service: Excellent. I asked a question and they answered my question. Most companies give replies, but they do not answer the question. I also made an ordering mistake. One short email and it was fixed within minutes.
I will use ElectraStim for future puchases.

I purchased the SensaVox unit EM140 and have found this to be an excellent piece of kit.

I ran into an issue with cables & adaptors. The customer service staff were outstanding in helping me resolve the problem.

This company is highly recommended.

It feels amazing, but the wires are far too flimsy and easily break and the pins fall out of the toys very quickly. Also, my unit appears to have developed a contact fault about a week into using it...

I think for the price, it you guys could really solve these very basic issues with a couple of super simple design tweaks e.g. thicker cables with more insulation and better connectors.

One of the most efficient and brilliant companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I made a mess up with the order 100% my fault, I didn’t read a description correctly, I was able to return the item and received a refund within an hour of the delivery to them!

The products are packaged very well and thought goes into most items. With the exceptions of some anal plugs with the connections still going into the bottom of the toy and vertically. This seems odd because you can't then sit down bit have to lie down or else the cable will break. When using the shop app, the limit of 5 on the number of items is annoying especially when considering it can be over ridden in the cart menu. Amazingly fast delivery. Less than 24houra even during covid19 period!

Packing generally v.good, but the separately packed bottle had a loose top and leaked into it's packaging.
