Comet electric Boiler Fault, called and spoke to Technical today, one of my customers has a comet electric boiler, tech guys were brilliant, and I was able to get the customer up and running again today with the advice from the tech support.Nice having a product that has the back up, tech guys that are knowledgeable about their product and happy to help. Great service.

I called today because a client of mine was having an issue with their boiler, not purchased from you I don't think.

I spoke to John just to see if you had any numbers for fitters who might be able to help her.

John was absolutely brilliant, didn't matter that there was nothing in it for you. He gave me a number for David at Wire My heating who covers the GU7 area.

David was there about fours hours later, mended it within an hour and charged a very fair price for the work.

Great aftercare service, happy to help, excellent in depth knowledge of the product and heating systems generally with plumbing issue resolved in minutes over the telephone. My EHC boiler has been in use constantly for 7 years with no major issues. The boiler and cylinder performance is excellent. If you need an electric boiler look no further.

I had damaged my radiator remote (dropped into water while decorating!) - John was able to source a replacement for me on the day I raised contact, and had it sent to me by courier. All round it was a great interaction with the company. Would also like to say the quality of the radiator is excellent, I have had it in operation for around 6 years now without even a hint of any issues.
