Items were 4 days late after paying for next day delivery which was disappointing, e-mailed and got no response, called also many times and eventually got through.Guy on the phone was helpful and apologetic.He organised for next day delivery and received the items the next day.
Very happy with the prices and items.
Would use again but just need to be more contactable.

One item missing from delivery with a note added saying “to follow” without any indication as to when I should expect to receive it.

Ordered a Ring Battery Camera,ordered on the 22nd of January.
Was told it would be sent out Via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.

All good so far, then a email the next day to say item dispatched.
Then i did not hear anything for 5 days.
They hardly ever answer the phone and it takes days to get back to you via email.
i paid via Paypal and i opened a claim up against them after not hearing anything for days.
This got there attention!!
In the end i did speak to someone and they sent me the camera,which is fine.
All in all very poor service if you don`t have the item in stock tell your customers ! It`s not fair.

I am kicking myself for not doing my usual due diligence when using a new company. Usually - I would use a credit card, check them on Companies House, check reviews...but...I was impatient..the electrician was in my house doing a quote on a number of things...I wanted to order a Ring doorbell and a good price was offered so I took a chance and did it there and then. Needless to say, the item has never arrived, they do not respond to emails, they don't answer the phone - you simply can't get anywhere with them. I can only conclude this whole site is a scam. I will be reporting to trading standards and I have escalated a dispute via PayPal (yep, should have used a credit card I'd have been refunded already...doh and double doh!). So, I've learned a valuable lesson here - impatience costs!

I would give them zero stars if possible. Ordered some LED lightbulbs, I received confirmation email stating the goods will be delivered in 48 hours. When nothing arrived after 4 days waiting I emailed them. I got auto reply email saying I will get a response but nothing for many days. When I ring the number no one answers. Avoid at all costs!!

Purchased 2 electrical fans and one arrived broken. I have sent images and emailed this company multiple times but they are categorically ignoring all communication. I have also called their 0800 number around 25 times. My calls have never been answered. They are repeatedly failing many of their customers and my only advice to anyone reading this, is to purchase whatever you need elsewhere or be prepared to lose your hard earned money. To conclude, contrary to their response, I can unequivocally and categorically stipulate that this company has not been trying to contact me. If you see any other reviews that mirror my own experience, then run a mile, if not, then feel free to take a gamble,

I bought Honeywell Series 3 doorbell kit and had some issues with the door button after one year. I contacted Electrical Showroom and they promptly sent me the replacement. Will definitely buy again and highly recommended them. Thank you

Absolute joke of a company.
Recieved my parcel with items missing.
Wish I had read the reviews before I've rang over 50 times over 2 weeks and I actually got through once when I asked him what was still missing from my parcel he didn't have a clue just said there will be a star next to the items we didn't have.I asked him what they where he didn't know. I've had no email, no phone call to explain when they will be back just there out of stock. They have replied to one email and that's because I told them I was going to cashback on my Mastercard. Still havnt recieved the missing items and still am nowhere near to getting an answer it is a cowboy firm would avoid..... funny thing is they will probably get round to writing a comment back to this review before they even send an email or pick up the phone.

Great price (Ring Floodlight Camera) and prompt delivery. I will definitely be coming back for more in the future
