They booked an engineer for Monday next and Jas arrived on time fixed the issue with new parts in 30 mins under the warranty terms. I had an Airbnb client arriving in 2 days and there was no hot water, I called The Electric Boiler Company to come and repair it, they were very professional and knowledgable and sent Jaz to repair it before my guest arrived. Jaz was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to cancel my guest. He came out twice within 24 hours, it was quite a distance for him to drive. Highly recommend
I was experiencing issues with my boiler for a while, my water would not stay hot enough for a full shower.
Jaz was called out to check out the issue and after running some tests he found that his suspicion was right, he identified the problem and was able to resolve the issue with the boiler.
He also managed to identify issues with the installation and prepared a report on his findings.
Would absolutely recommend Jaz. He gives a really friendly and trustworthy impression and is even great company for a nice chat!
