Don’t understand the negative reviews on here. I ordered my fence posts and contacted customer services for delivery advice. They emailed me within an hour and then followed up with a phonecall and then refunded me within ten minutes of that phonecall doing exactly what they said they would.
I will definitely be using them again even though this time they were unable to fulfil my order. Excellent customer service response

Ordered a week ago, I have not received the order. I emailed to ask where my order is and had an automatic reply (from an email address in the Netherlands) saying UK depot is understaffed, no idea when or if I will receive my order.

Hopeless. I paid immediately, called a week later to find out where my order was, and was told that it hadn't been despatched and they couldn't say when it would be despatched. Under-staffed they said. I do not believe the person I spoke to was in the UK, so the Coventry address given may be misleading.

I always buy electric fencing posts on this website.
The delivery has never been particularly quick but I never had any issues with my orders, hence why I keep buying the posts on their website. They often have deals on multi-pack purchases which is always a bonus.

Ordered, paid and had order confirmed a week ago. Nothing has arrived yet. Emails to say arrival will be soon but if it hasnt arrived in the stated timeframe to contact cs.
However the open hours for cs are only minimal to 2pm and only open till 11am on a friday! Useless.
I have ordered electric fence products on the same day from 5 different companies and everything from them has been here for days.
Still nothing from this company.
So im here with every thing for a whole set up apart from the energiser, posts and signs - all vital parts and they havent arrived! So annoying! Also several weeks before i spoke to cs and gave them a long list and asked for a price that they were going to email to me. I never heard from them which is the reason i only ordered the few items from their website instead of the whole order. Glad i didnt do the full order with them now or i wouldnt have anything here 🤷

First time purchase from Electric Fence Company and I could not be more pleased with them. It makes a change to deal with someone who is understanding, kind, very polite and very helpful and this is appreciated very much. It’s good for me and for business. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good service.

Excellent experience. There was a delay in shipping but I was happy with the communication and customer service response times were great.

Im not sure how this organisation is awarded such a high Trustpilot review percentage, I can only speak as I find by reporting that their Customer Care attitude needs much to be desired. No one answers the phone when requested to ring at certain times, I would suggest that that this organisation, similar to others, are experiencing hard times so be extremely careful if contemplating placing an order with them.

Don’t believe a word about 30 day money back . I have sent the item back and it was tracked and signed for by them . And they keep fobbing me off with excuses. The item did not do what they said so do not trust this company ( electric fence online ) as they lie

called to enquire about electric fencing, told everything was in stock and to expect it next day delivery. we placed the order and it didn't turn up. They forgot to send and also there were no reels in stock. They sent what they could which was now a week late and told us the reels would follow on the Monday. Monday came and went and we received nothing, we called and were told they hadn't arrived but they should be with us by the following week. Again we called when they hadn't arrived to be told again we will receive delivery the following week. As yet we still haven't received the reels 3 weeks after being told they were in stock. We only find out whats happening when we call to chase the info. Customer service is very poor

Poor company. To pack they needed 8 days. Call them on the next day after packing to ask them then gonna send my parcel. Promise to send the parcel same day. They didn't send the same day. 10 days gon and is still not dispatched. Can't trust this company and plan your works.

No tracking information given until I sent an email to complain. Goods arrived later than they promised. Most of the order was missing. Contacted the company. Waiting for a reply. Also, this is a company in Germany so although the website looks like a UK site with the address and phone number it's all in Germany.

No idea when or if I'll get the rest of the order. Will update if the situation changes.

Ordered an item described as 'in stock' with a 2-4 day delivery on the Monday. No tracking was given until chased. The tracking was given on the Friday, however when the item was not delivered.
I contacted the courier. The item had not even been sent. The courier had the consignment booked, but they had not even sent it to the courier yet.
If I had known the item was not in stock, or take longer than a dodgy seller from Alibaba then I would have gone elsewhere.
Strikes me as incompetent or dishonest.

The products are very good and the service is excellent.

Very efficient company and effective fox deterrent I got the 12 v power adapter, at the same time of ordering. Pleased I did, I tried a battery to just see, and it lasted about 2 weeks.

The owners of this company are really good at what they do. I got a great product at a fair price but also professional and helpful advice from them. Definitely my ‘go to’ people and I have recommended to friends.
