Very efficient company and effective fox deterrent I got the 12 v power adapter, at the same time of ordering. Pleased I did, I tried a battery to just see, and it lasted about 2 weeks.

We have checked and unfortunately you did in fact order polywire, which is stated in the product name, but we are happy to accept the return of this product (if you haven't used the polywire and it is in a saleable condition) and exchange for rope, but this would incur a charge for the price difference as the rope is more expensive.

I was very happy with my purchase but now I am using it I am disappointed with how long the battery is lasting. It has been in direct sunlight all the time as the weather is so nice and the battery doesn't seem to be charging up. From full charge it is lasting just one week before I need to plug it into the mains …. can you let me know how long you would expect one to last? I am wondering if it is faulty. Thanks

I have found Electric Fencing Online to be a highly efficient firm to deal with. I have ordered goods twice from them and both times the goods arrived within a few days of ordering. On one occasion I needed help in deciding which energiser to buy and the advice given over the phone was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
