APPALLING SERVICE. DO NOT USE!

Appalling service. No updates on an order placed nearly a month ago. Repeated emails sent: all ignored. Phone never answered, and “voicemail is full”. What company deals with their customers like this? DO NOT USE! If I hadn’t sent repeated emails and been on the brink of contacting my credit card company I doubt I would have ever received the goods. Many other customers reporting similar experiences. They are a disgrace as a company. Order no.79719965

Zero customer support - item stuck.

Avoid. Ordered with "3-5" days delivery an item on stock. Six days later, the order 'awaits fulfilment' and no feedback from customer support (Which they guarantee feedback "in a week". No option to cancel. No option to directly talk to them (only email with no response). Definitely not a company to deal with in 2020.

No delivery, no response - Don't order from them!

Placed an order on the 29th of April 2020 for an in stock item and bought 3-5 days Eurpoean delivery for 10£.

Contacted them on 4th of May as my order still had status "Awaiting fullfillment"
Contacted them on 6th of May again as they havent gotten back to me, at this time my items should have been delivered. They reply to me with a generic message "We are working on your request and hope to have an answer with you soon." on the 7th of may.

17th of may i write to them again as i have heard no update or answers from them again, still no answer.

19th of May they send me again a generic email asking me to review my purchase of the item i have still not received.

They have left me no choice but to initiate a chargeback procedure through my bank as they took the money on the day of purchase (As others have written here that part apperantly works very good!)

Be careful, as I have lost my money.

The order was placed on the 26th of April and now we are in the end of May and I am still waiting for my order.
I have made three requests with no response at all.
If you want to make a purchase from them, at least you should use your credit card to claim later.

Goods ordered on 14th May. Express Delivery - did not arrive. Made contact with all numbers on documentation but no answer or disconnected. Did some detective work and found another telephone number 020 8881 2000. My order was seemingly lost by courier and they have no replacements available. My money has been refund.

Order placed and paid for 5 weeks ago…

Order placed and paid for 5 weeks ago (3-5 day delivery). Order still not delivered. No answer to emails, phone calls, social media. Absolutely appalling way to treat customers that they will need to recover from COVID 19. Very poor and short sighted. Avoid!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Like all other reviews my order is awaiting fulfillment. Ordered on the 2nd May, and heard nothing since, they never respond to emails, phone numbers are dead. But they are quick to take your money, that bit works. Ive now raised a complaint to PayPal to get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Would give ZERO stars if it was an option.

Electric shopping- DO NOT USE

Not a good experience. Both telephone numbers on website do not work. No customer service only one automated reply. Website says 3-5 working day delivery UNTRUE!! I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my item, terrible. I would advise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Avoid, not processing orders

As many other recent reviewers have stated, this business is not responding to new orders. I placed an order for a product listed as in stock (the only reason I purchased from Electric Shopping was they were the only place I could see who had stock) on the 27th April, the order is still "awaiting fulfilment" as of 15th May. I have tried emailing and phoning this business and am getting no response, the phone line is also dead. I have now raised a complaint with Paypal to get a refund. If you are considering buying from this seller I would recommend avoiding.

Be aware no contact and taken my money

I placed an order on the 3rd May and the order status says awaiting fulfilment every day I have checked, it is now the 15th May. I have contacted them by email several times and no response and the number on their website does not connect. If they don’t have the product or have gone out of business they should not have processed my transaction and taken my money. Are they a cowboy company.

As per other reviews, ordered, they took money, no product delivered. Website says my order is awaiting fulfilment but money taken 2 weeks ago. Emailed, no response. Tried 2 different phone numbers, both are incorrect. Not looking good.
