I can't believe this company still exists ? Just a bunch of crooks scamming innocent customers, why is it being allowed......?

After placing my order I came across these reviews. I was concerned that id been scammed too, so I call the number and had a answer first time.
After a short conversation I was told my part was already out for delivery, I've just fitted it and it's all working properly. Fantastic service.

I ordered a wheel for my trolley in July 2020. Sent emails, had one email back to say the shipment is late and to wait until the end of the month (August), no wheel arrived. I tried to contact them by phone but it is never answered, I asked for a refund but no still response. Contacted PayPal to get my money back. I will not use this company again.

Ordered a scorecard holder. 2 weeks later, not received. Emailed them to ask where it was, twice. No response. Very frustrating. Have asked for a refund via Paypal. Like others, I wish I'd looked at the reviews before ordering - do not use them! Zero customer service (assuming they really exist)

Ordered wheels for my trolley. No contact whatsoever from company. Do not answer phone nor reply to emails. Referred matter to PayPal. Only wish I had seen these reviews before. Can't believe PayPal allow them to use their platform as there have been numerous complaints about them for months. DO NOT USE THEM.

Wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order. Item not received nor any dispatch info advised. Chasing emails not answered.

Passed over to PayPal resolution centre who initially advise contacting the seller in the hope of an amicable resolution ! Pigs might fly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!. They are fake and not contactable. My goods never arrived and I have had no refund after being told they would refund my money back to my paypal.

I ordered a Nike stormfit cap from them last week .Only received a minimal receipt and no delivery details.Could only pay by Pay Pal.Tried phoning but number not recognised ,mobile number not available every time I tried and email address is fake.Pay Pal are now dealing with it.Its a pity that Pay Pal always have to sort this out for these scammers .Surely there is a way of stopping this practice from happening

nothing delivered, no contact excepting the invoice. cant contact them at all.

this needs to be stopped as its a complete scam.

i will take this to trading standards and take private legal approaches to this obviouse scam company

Falsely advertised spare parts and almost a month to get a part refund!

Beware this company! Obvious now why they have a one star rating on trust pilot!

I do not normally complain or give bad reviews, but I feel justified to warn anyone about these people!
After carefully trawling the internet to find GENUINE Powakaddy spare parts for my trolley, I came across this so-called retailer.
Looking carefully at the site, the information including descriptions, Powakaddy spare part numbers and clear images showing original parts complete with Powakaddy Logos all clearly visible, I stupidly assumed that I was ordering genuine parts from a trustworthy source. After trying to order and pay for them on line with my Credit Card failed twice, I was about to give up, when I received a polite email from these guys stating there was a problem and would I care to pay though a pay pal invoice (the only good thing to come from this) which I agreed and paid. 2-3 days later I received my order, however upon opening the package it was obvious that I had been sent not Powakaddy genuine parts, but non-Powakaddy replacement parts that although resembled the parts ordered, differed substantially from what was on the site both in description and images (I still have dated screen shots of their website). I then contacted the company and complained bitterly that I had received copy or replacement parts and not the parts advertised! Their attitude was to ask why I was so angry, when the parts ordered were replacement parts and quite suitable. I Explained that I felt duped by their actions and website information and requested them to collect the goods or supply a pre-paid Royal Mail label and arrange a refund. This they said they could not do but after involving PayPal, agreed to refund the return postage. I then returned the parts on the 25th of March which was delivered to their local post office? and they collected it on the 2nd. After not receiving the promised refund I opened a case with PayPal in a further attempt to get my money back and here we are on the 19th of April and only just received the refund, not from the retailer but from PayPal as they found in my favour obviously. Trouble is that means I am still out of pocket for the postage which they still haven’t refunded?
Anyone looking to purchase from these guys should be EXTREMELY CAREFUL as they are without a doubt INEPT at the very least, or as is my suspicion just not straight!
BUYER BEWARE.
Sure they’ll reply to the post with a load of waffle, but please please, avoid giving them any of your hard earned money!

Very similar story to tell. I had used this company a few years ago and transaction went well. Based on this experience I used them again but this time ONE BIG CON!!!

I ordered the spare part online had problems making the card payment so phoned them and this was the only time they answered the phone (they know how to scam). They sent me a PayPal invoice which I paid using the same card, order was confirmed.

My order did not arrive and I failed to get emails/phone calls answered. Some time later I received an email advising my order was cancelled. Further attempts to get a refund but all to no avail. It would appear they now have Royal Mail post redirection so difficult to tell where they are. Due to Data Protection Royal Mail will not tell me where and how long redirection has been in place.

I haven’t given up yet, BUT BE WARNED, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered replacement trolley wheels The card payment didn't go through and I received an e-mail asking me to pay through Paypal I did this and payment was taken from my card.After waiting a couple of weeks I tried to contact this company. E-mails have not been replied to and their phone number does not exist. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY . IT IS A TOTAL SCAM

Ordered spares for power caddy never arrived. They dont answer emails their phone number doesnt exist pay pal wont help DONT DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE THIEVES

I ordered spare parts for my trolley and quickly realised I'd pressed the wrong button. However they were very good when I contacted them and altered my order to the right ones straight away and they were delivered in good time. Due to the change in the order I believed there was told there would be a credit of about £10 to my PayPal account but this has never happened. I could not get a response via phone and when I contacted them via email I received an ignorant response telling me to take my business elsewhere in future.
The parts were fine and the trolley is working well now but as they suggested I will take my business elsewhere - there is plenty of competition. I normally provide a review of companies I use and this is one of the few bad ones which could have been avoided with good customer service. Very sad and bad business attitude.

Just joined the numerous other complainants regarding none delivery of items. These people are criminals and their website should be removed from the internet. Why hasn’t this happened yet and why are PayPal still sending them money?

Ordered switch for motocaddy and advised that order had been despatched. Three weeks later and two unanswered emails I am still waiting. Company is obviously a con . Never use them

Ordered trolley wheels. Paid Paypal. Two weeks later no wheels, landline unobtainable, mobile number does not work. Claim lodged via Paypal. This firm does not exist except as a mechanism to receive payments from suckers.

Con merchants. Never received my goods. No reply when I e-mailed them, no reply on the telephone. TESCO credit card returned my money and got on to the con merchants who then replied to me saying they had cancelled my order. This is some 5 weeks after the order. Don't use them!!
