We recently purchased a system from Electrifying Australia, the process was seamless and fast. We worked with James, he was amazing, he took care of everything, explain everything to us and answer all our questions. He recommended a system for our needs and it has been excelente and exceeding our expectations so far.
The installation team was very respectful and professional. During the installation a tile of the roof broke and as soon as that happened they told us, and get super bad about it. We had some spares tiles due to our recent renovation and when the saw we had quite a few, they replaced the ones that they were already broken, very thoughtful of them.
We got a Redback inverter and that wasn’t properly set up and when we told James, straight away he got it fixed with the Redback team.
Everyone that we interacted with was patient, helpful and respectful. We are super happy with the service and the product, loving the saving we are getting with the solar panels. We totally recommend them to anyone that wants to install a system.
