After initially having a test ride, I recently purchased a bike from Electroheads and have waited to write my review to test out the bike first (Estarli E20 Pro). James and the team went above and beyond to ensure the bike was perfect for me and had any extras I needed. They also kindly fully assembled the bike and gave me a demo making sure I was set to go. I love the bike and I am beyond happy with my purchase. I cannot recommend their services enough and I am looking forward to their new store and the events they have coming up.

After watching many of Eilis's videos and contacting Electroheads via Instagram to ask for advice across a few bikes, I bought two Estrali E20's for my wife & I. Kol was very helpful answering all my questions & we even got invited the the HQ to go and test ride their bikes. Lastly Kol set-up my purchase with Estrali so that I now get an extra level of customer service not that I have needed anything to date. Love the bikes, has really helped me get around my mobility issues.

After watching Eilis's review and comparison videos of the Estarli e28 I decided to buy it. I had a couple of queries which were answered really quickly, including replies to Instragram DMs from Eilis herself. Estarli were also great, giving me a personal call with a shipping estimate and personal delivery themselves. Definitely recommend Electroheads and Estarli.

Having watched Electroheads on Youtube for a couple of years, I saw the review of the Estarli E20 folding bike & arranged to visit Electroheads at the Leather Market to have a good test ride round the site's lanes. For comparison, I also tried the Forme Buxton E Pro...both bikes come highly recommended. As my proposed rides include canal paths & unmetalled track surfaces I chose the Forme Buxton for its squishier tyres & softer ride. Today, on its arrival [in ready-to-ride state], I sprinted up a local short hill climb of 69m height in 8th gear with max assist! It was so easy, yet exhilarating... This is the first proper bike ride I have had since 1995. Very pleased with my choice. The Electroheads team have been great to deal with.

After watching a very good review of the Estarli e28 electric bike on Electroheads YouTube channel, I decided to go for this bike. And I am not disappointed. Very very quick delivery and all up and running in under 30 mins. Thank you guys.

I bought an Estarli E28 electric bike from Electroheads last month but on my third run out the chain came off and sheared the derailleur off and broke a spoke. Electroheads immediately informed the factory who shipped off the required parts straight away and found a local cycle shop, Biketyke, to do the repairs. Back on the road in 3 days. Ordered an Estarli E28 pro which arrived by DPD within 3 days! Had a few issues to sort out & Dan was extremely helpful & very understanding & got things sorted within a day after delivery. Could not wish for any better service & follow up

After following Electroheads on YouTube I bought an electric bike. I thought the reviews were really robust and now I have the product they were bang on.
The team were so helpful and answered all my questions before buying
Will definitely buy from them again... I'm already looking at the scooter for my partner for Christmas.
