Ignorant staff and poor in store advice
Company claims "Friendly, passionate staff who can help you find the perfect vape for your needs and vaping accessories as well as flavours, liquids and strengths."
Complete lie. The staff couldn't care less about helping, couldn't supply the right product, and went out their way to be as unhelpful and as ignorant as possible.

Ordered £44 worth of vape liquid 2 weeks (06 November 2022) and it hasn’t arrived.
Emailed them 5 times asking for a response BUT I’ve had no response back.
Shoddy company DO NOT use them.
