Very easy to make purchase and digital code was sent to my email within 10 minutes of me purchasing Xbox Live Ultimate.

Really good service. Value for money on my purchase but more than that, I had an email the next day saying I'd received a OTP that I hadn't asked for. Went on the chat and support answered within seconds and gave good advice.

The first order was a disaster. Product key never received. The second order was just fine and would rate a five.

I ordered a pc code for £15 and paid via PayPal. I then got a follow up email saying that they would not release the code without first seeing valid government ID and a photograph of myself. This seems extremely ridiculous, and made me very wary. I’ve contacted them to say I’m not comfortable with this and I would like a refund . The chatbot has so far not done as I ask.

Download went smoothly but in the end, I didn't need it as it was another update from Microsoft that was the problem and when I figured that out, everything was ok.
