Its a fraud organisation. I ordered batteries in January first week. Its been 3 months and supply still not received.
They don't take phone calls and don't reply to emails.
Please avoid dealing with them,.

I ordered for some electronics components on September 6th, which never got shipped. After 2 weeks, I started a mail thread with them in which they said they don't have the item in stock currently and will ship it immediately once it's back (even though their site still showed it to be in stock). I said fine. But then, even after a month nothing. I again sent mail, they told it is back in stock and they will ship in 2 days. Still even after a week nothing. Again sent mail, told I need a refund and can't wait. They told it will be issued in 7 days. Nothing. Again sent mail. Told will refund in 2 days. Again nothing. I've sent 16 emails to them since then, and it's now almost 6 months after I initially placed the order, and there appear to be no signs of my order shipping or a refund being credited.
Steer way clear of this site, it's a complete scam.

Now all phone number is not working. order value 743/- previous order was 26000 /- they sent low quality usless power supply, long effort they refunded amount but in wallet. i am bound to use that money 3046 /- i have called befor ordering that any material do they dont have in stock .tthey said all in stock place order. but shipped with missing item. totally fraud, dont buy anything from electronicscomp.

I placed 2 orders in August 2024. Now it is March 2025. 1 was shipped, the other wasn't. The phone number given on the website doesn't work. The link of number and the number displayed are different. When you call, it is automated. So basically a fraud. The enquiry form always returns a mail with the same reply..." we will ship in a few days." I have come across reviews on Google itself claiming they have lost 1000s of rupees. My order was of Rs 250. While in that respect I feel lucky, anyone reading this and having lost a significant amount of money consider lodging a criminal complaint against the company. I am not doing it because it is not worth my time or effort.

electronicscomp.com - It’s a scam site. If you order, they send less items, only low value items and say that some items are out of stock and then they never ship or refund. they only refund in their wallet when you file a consumer complaint, I had to do it several times for a single order refund. So once your money debited, no way to get out.

Worst website to buy components. Please shut down your website if you can't deliver the components. I've ordered some wheels on 20th Sep 2024. Neither delivered my order nor refunded. They never answered my phone or reply back on my email. Attached proof my order details.

Sent only 2-3 items from 10-11 that i bought and paid for! After a MONTH of sending one sided emails, they responded only once that they're working on it. Just close the website if you're not able to run it. And DON'T TAKE THE MONEY UPFRONT!!

Horrible customer service, they initially delivered few orders that were low value with common components. Then began the show..
Its been 6 months of fighting "item will come to warehouse then we will ship to you" neither did they process refund not they responded to a govt notice to refund
They simply refuse to respond to any support queries in a reasonable time, when they do respont it is one of the generic predefined answers "product not in stock", "product yet to come to warehouse", "will inform Accounts team"

Electronicscomp is an online company based in Bangalore. They are a big time FRAUD company.

I had placed an order in 1st week of November 2024 for a TP link WiFi booster. After paying the money online, I was informed that the material would arrive in 10 days. When the material did not arrive even after 3 weeks, I called them. They do not pick up calls at all. They responded to my email with a fancy story stating that there was a "Quality issue" with manufacturer. They asked for a month time. The material has not arrived even after 4 months. They have stopped responding to emails also.

I was order 3d printer in this, but they didn't dispatch and respond.

I placed an order with ElectronicsComp on December 18, 2024, expecting delivery by December 28, 2024. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I received nothing but repeated delays and vague excuses. After weeks of waiting, I was finally told that my order couldn’t be fulfilled, and I had to request a refund.

Even after requesting a refund, the company keeps delaying the process, first saying 10-12 working days, then changing it to 7-10 days. They are holding my money with no proper resolution. Their lack of responsiveness and customer service is unacceptable.

If you are facing similar issues, don’t stay silent! Take the following steps:

File a complaint on the Consumer Protection Portal.
Post reviews on consumer forums like MouthShut, Trustpilot, and Google Reviews to warn others.
Use social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to expose their bad business practices.
A company that does not respect customers’ time and money should not be trusted. Avoid ordering from Electronicscomp unless you are prepared for long delays and frustration!

Got product delivery after 3 1/2 months of order. Interestingly they had agreed to cancel the order after 2 months.

Cheaters and fraud is the word. They took money on 24th Nov 2024, till date not delivered product or money. After follow up also they are not responding. Total fraud.

Electronicscomp.com is a very deceptive fraud corporation. People are getting very upset. Its recognition should be canceled. The Indian government should immediately cancel its recognition. So that in future people can be saved from becoming their victims.

Order Number 3254266 has three components, delivered two faulty components and one component EC-6644 still not delivered. sent email they acknowledge and mentioned remaining part will be delivered but post that no response on email or call. There customer care number 9818849606 is fake no open picks up the call. fake company ,scam cheater company do not buy any products, they will never provide refund or product.
