Delivery said 2-4 days but actually…
Delivery said 2-4 days but actually their standard is 4-8 days (when you ask them), to send something from Germany to Denmark (!!!). After more than 8 days I have not received my order. And they don't work with tracking ID, so no one can help.

I fully agree with a good rating for this supplier
I had not used this supplier before and, unlike several times in the past that I regretted, I did check the company's rating on trustpilot.com before ordering. I can now endorse their good rating, from my own experience, and hopefully help others in their quest to find suppliers they can trust. Everything went smoothly with relevant updates during the fulfilment process, including DHL tracking that was detailed and prompt delivery. And the cost was very fair.

bad experience with them
bad experience with them. the order (allegedely) got lost twice in Germany without ever reaching my country.
Customer service responds after 48 hours and the information received never matched the update on the site of the shipping company.
in the end, i was forced to opt for a refund as clearly there wasn't any will to send me the item.

Efficiency to Customers!
Lately, just few days ago a I ordered a battery for an I Ac 5 radio, this was the second time in few months. They both were not good and they didn’t keep the charge. But in both situation Electropapa Mrs Elisabeth, was immediately refunding the money. These battery from Chine sometimes do not work at all. Thanks Mrs Elisabeth.

Delivery date 7th October , up till now (15th October) I have not received it and I do not have a track&trace code. Amazon doesn't have any information for me and refers to you the supplier. What is the status? Kind regards Fred

I ordered a replacement battery for a laptop. It got delivered the next day, but it arrived defective(swollen up). Emailed the customer service and got a response within the hour asking if I would like a refund or new battery. The new battery arrived the next day.

Expensive battery swollen and failed in less than 3 months!
I ordered a replacement battery for my LG V20.
I decided to pay a premium thinking i'd get a good quality battery (not a fake knock off) that would have a good performance - how wrong could I be?!
While the service receiving the battery was good, the battery has barely lasted 3 months before it has gone swollen and causes my phone to shut down at around 50% charge!
This battery is 3 times the price of a generic Chinese equivalent! I wish I just bought the Chinese one instead and saved the money!!!
Really really disappointed!

Got in touch with the company to explain what's happened and to their credit, they are processing a refund without any issue!

I wish I could give no stars
I wish I could give no stars. I brought 2 battery’s for my defibrillators at the end November 2023 from them via eBay. Both were flat and didn’t work. I sent both back but they only refunded for 1. Completely fobbed me off since then with excuses of waiting for their warehouse in the UK to send 2nd battery back. Horrendous customer service. My advice is don’t buy from them !
