Cowboy dentist
Went in for a front filing, during the routine procedure the Dentist actually put the filling on another front tooth! Absolutely shocked at the time, subsequently when I pointed out the error a filling was put on the correct tooth...the Dentist acted like it was my fault, and was extremely obnoxious.
I afterwards I was issued with a "quote" of work that I the dentist believed I needed doing, which consisted 3 x small repairs totalling to a sum of £293.00. I had zero confidence in the clinic by this time and did not proceed any further with Eledent.
Shortly afterwards I moved to another part of the country, I registered with a local dentist, booked and attended a routine examination, I didn't mention Eledent's "recommendations" to the new dentist. After the check up I was informed I could do with a hygiene appointment (vary standard) but no dental work was required. I still haven't had to have any dental work till this day.....
On reflection it seems Eledent are carrying out unnecessary work on patients teeth in order increase their revenue, along with filling the incorrect tooth it raises obvious concerns, particularly the expertise in their subject mater.
Shocking overall!
