I had a perfect experience with…

I had a perfect experience with Eleganza. I ordered a special T-shirt online and was able to try it on the very same day at their shop in Utrecht, which was incredibly convenient.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated being able to try the shirt on before fully committing. The fit and quality were perfect, and I left feeling very happy with my purchase.

In fact, I was so satisfied that I ended up buying the same product again online. Highly recommended!

Perfect Service

The ordering proces is perfect. I enlisred the website of eleganza and I received a discount ticket of 10%. When I payed via Paypal, the discount was not included. I phoned the customerservice and they treated me with respect , professional and client friendly. They payed the 10% immediatly. When something went wrong with the delivery, I once again phoned the customerservice and they solved the problem immediatly. In one word PERFECT SERVICE.

After a lot of searching

After a lot of searching, I came across the Eleganza website and was able to buy my favorite sneakers at a really good price with a fast delivery time. I can honestly say they are the best when it comes to pricing and quick delivery.

Good!

Found the boots I’ve been eyeing for some time with a nice discount. Immediately ordered them and it was an easy check out. The boots were delivered 2 days later. The package was a recycled box, but still very protective. It was a good experience overall!
