Placed an order and item could not be found!!

Placed an order. After 3 working days I still did not receive a message that my order has ben sent out.

Apparently they could not find my item???

After 3 days I followed up again and informed that I did not had any trust that they could find my item.

In my follow up I asked if they could accommodate by sending a replacement product instead of refunding the money.

No reply was given at all and they ignored my suggestion. Instead they just refunded the amount. However I will lose money due to the money exchange conversion.

I had ordered several times from them and as a returning customer they didn’t event want to reply my on this proposal.

Very disappointing, no customer service at all. It doesn’t want to make me order from them again.

Please be warned. Shambles!!

The only thing i want in the future…

The only thing i want in the future that the communication is faster. I ordered and i didnt get a tracking code. The next day i got it.
So i phoned because i didnt know of it was safe shopping place. A nice person who was working at home helped me correctly.
So everything went all right! Thank yoy

Great and personal service. Namely timely delivery of my order during Christmas holidays after I specifically requested that on the phone since I would leave for vacation.
