Fast and Informative
I had 2 laptops repaired by Elektronik-Centret.dk last week and they were so fast I barely had time to miss them. Both machines were picked up, repaired and then delivered within 3 business days, and somehow they managed to email me multiple status notifications informing me of each step the took and listing the work and parts ordered.
I can't say anything about cost because both laptops were covered under warranty or insurance, so I paid nothing for their excellent service.

If only all companies did this
From the moment Elektronik received my Sony for repair they contacted me.
Then each day I was kept well informed on how my repair was going.
This is a great gesture that saves a lot of time wondering what is happening.
On their part they don't have to man the phones all day answering queries.
I would have liked to know in advance which company they used for shipping, this case it was GLS but I was expecting the Danish Post Office.

When I received my pc, it was very well preserved I thank you very much for performing excellent work.
Timing was a bit longer than I calculated, because as a student I am in a constant need of the pc, but I think it is understandable considering the fact that you have a lot of orders from all over the place.
