Semi-Local business (I'm England and they are based in Scotland), always happy with my products, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed! All the crystals and books I've recieved from Elemental Crystals has been in a perfect condition, very well packaged to avoid them getting damaged and always excellent quality 10/10 only place I'll buy from for crystals.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their shipping is very slow - from China or Israel - and their customer service is mute. They take your money, ship the product when they get around to it, and ignore customer inquiries. NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION. Update: This review is NOT a mistake and should not be "flagged" for any reason. The seller's response shows their poor attention to customers. They earned a poor rating even after I made many attempts to address the problem. This review is authentic. Buyer beware.

We've chosen to rewrite our reply to keep it short and concise. Sadly we noticed this review over a year after it was left as we stopped utilising Trustpilot, that unfortunately has left us unable to find out what incident if any caused this review.
We asked Trustpilot to step in and do a 'Find Reviewer' to get additional information in the hope we could track down the order or interaction, but the reviewer has not done this and after attempts here to ask for further details we are left believing this is either about a separate business or an inaccurate recollection of an incident. Rather than helping us find out, they updated their response with no further information.
What we do know, we always do our best to rectife any incident and are fortunate these are far and few between as we do strive our best for excellent customer service and if this review is genuine, we do wholeheartedly apologise that we fell short of that. We unfurtantely have no records of a 'C J Compton' in any of our previous orders, and throughout the entirely of 2022 we had three international orders to the US, of which all where happy customers from their reviews elsewhere.
Best crystals in the North East!
Great seller, excellent communication and fast delivery. Product was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend. Will definitely be buying from here again.

Elemental Crystals is a truly unique and wonderful shop, I have bought items from here on a couple of occasions and cannot fault my experience. Not only knowledgeable on all subjects but kind, happy to discuss with you on a personal level anything you might want to ask. The cost of items is more than reasonable, in fact it is exceptionally good. I would give Elemental Crystals 10 out of 10!!!!

Ordered healing pouch 07/09/18 Paid £5.32 for Tracked 24hr shipping. Delivered by Royal Mail 12/09/18. Little disappointed at the time it took to come and shouldn’t have paid the extra for shipping as the parcel took 3 working days to be delivered. It would be lovely to have an explanation for this to give me a better understanding.

You should have received an email apologising for the delay but in case that has gone missing - We experienced a problem with our printer on the day of your order and without the ability to print dispatch notes and postage labels we can't dispatch, we had received a new printer on the Monday; as we're not in the shop on a Monday it wasn't dispatched until the Tuesday.
As regarding the Tracked 24hr Shipping, this is a service we're no longer able to offer and are working to get this removed as an option. You should be receiving a refund shortly of £0.94 .
We do apologise we have disappointed you this time with our service but hope to make it up to you again in the future.
