Great guardians

I’ve ordered from Element Vape twice now, and unfortunately this second experience has been disappointing. I placed an order over $50 on 04/04/26 and noticed the tracking never became available. When I reached out to support, I was told to wait a few days due to “rare instances” of carriers not updating scans. I understand delays happen, but this situation goes beyond that.

I’m now being told my package won’t arrive until the 14th (ten days after purchase) even though customers are required to pay for expedited shipping. The tracking information states that packages are transported by truck to a regional hub within five days, yet mine is still sitting in California with no movement.

My first order went smoothly, so I expected the same level of reliability. As a new customer, this has been pretty disappointing. I hope Element Vape takes situations like this more seriously.

Great price fast shipping. For a great product as much as 129.00 other places. less then half that from Element.

Never any problems ordering. Products easily found. Price, even with shipping, is more inexpensive than what I pay locally. So glad I found Element Vape!

Product was available…most important to me

I purchased $100 worth of vapes, and just over half the order was a particular brand. That brand of vapes did not function. Element said they will not provide any type of exchange, refund or warranty for the items. I am just supposed to be okay losing out on HALF my order.... I am quite upset. These folks are quite lucky I don't know where to locate any of them personally.

Almost 3 weeks, no delivery. SpeedX is a joke.
Customer service is useless. 03/23/26 No updates, no order, nothing.

Super fast shipping and all products good

Reaching out to see what their solution is if any, but as of now….not too thrilled. I ordered a vape, replacement pods, and 2 juices. The vape I was sent it the same brand I ordered, but not the same vape. Hoping this was a mistake, and not just someone deciding to give me the next best comparable thing for whatever reason. If we can get it resolved, I’ll update the review. I’ve had concerns about it showing up due to very limited updates from the delivery service, but then it shows up after a week unusable bc it’s the wrong product. Very disappointing. Hoping for a fast resolution…..

It says my order shipped. But there is no tracking number to check when it’s expected and where it is at. With the amount you are charging for shipping that should be offered right away for customers peace of mind.

I have yet to get my coils and juice I ordered 2-3 weeks ago

Website is very easy to navigate. Lots of choices of Smok brand, which is my favorite and I consider, SMOK to be the OG!

Fantastic company, easy to use website. Many options available. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Prices are solid and highly refer them to all of my friends

I enjoyed Element Vape, you are able to purchase vapes at a lower price than actual smoke shops. I have to start remembering that when I start to get low on my vape to order from Element Vape again. Good company!

I have 3 batteries that is wrong!!! No where to charge these 3 batteries!!!!!

Vape was supposed to be Sativa THC-P which is a joke, because nothing happened at all. Gummies I got are really good.
