Shopify Scam!

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.

Ordered: 26/07
ETA provided: 31/07
Item received: Never
Support response: None
Refund: None
Tracking number: None
It is now: 21/08/2026 - 1 exhausting month later

After weeks of being ignored, I had to locate the owner on Instagram and publicly comment on her profile just to get a response. I was then told there was a problem with their logistics centre and that my order would be processed immediately and delivered the following week.

That promise was not kept.

Since then, multiple emails requesting updates, cancellation, tracking information, and a refund have gone unanswered. The company has provided no meaningful communication and no solution.

I paid 50 euro for an item, received nothing, and have been left chasing them for weeks with no resolution. Shop with extreme caution.
