Visited the Cardiff branch and bought a bed after trying out the display models and speaking to Joe in store. He was very helpful and explained how the ottoman bed design works. Delivery was very prompt with the movers arriving at the very start of our delivery window. They were very kind, courteous and careful removing the old bed and installing the new one. Couldn't be happier.

I went to store to look for a bed and mattress had amazing support from a guy named Robert took his time and gave me amazing advice 10/10

My 90 year old mother went into an Elephant store in Cardiff yesterday and paid in full for a bed and mattress (£1,000), today, less than 24 hours later she wanted to cancel the order, as she felt she had been misled and coerced into this transaction by Joe the salesman, she is now, in her words "a nervous wreck" after calling them on the phone they simply said there is nothing they are willing to do, refunds or any comeback is not their policy, my advice to people is dont deal with this company and in particular Joe at the Cardiff branch, there are much better alternative companies our there.

Ordered a bed from the Swansea shop and was helped by Rob. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the different beds. The order arrived very quickly and we have slept well since!

Ideal place to buy a mattress! Great range of beds and mattresses and staff were super helpful!
We were able to take away with us today - looking forward to a great night’s sleep!

Bought a lovely bed today from Ian at Elephant Beds in Swansea. I can't praise him more for his patience and understanding. The Bed on show was a lovely Superking Ottoman Bed in a choice of many colours, the mattress was from Millbrook.
The mattress is undeniably the most comfiest I have ever led on.
Delivery is in about 3 weeks time.
They are putting it all together for me in the room of my choice (My bedroom)

Parents are having a terrible experience. Ordered 2 beds to be delivered together. Contacted and told that they’ve had a big delivery of grey not pine and would they like that instead. When they stated they wanted pine to match the rest of the furniture they were told it would be delayed because the pine ones were buried behind all the grey ones. The remaining bed delivery was planned for 11:30-14.30 slot and no sign of it by 3:30 and no updates. Called them to find out and were informed that the van had broken down and they were going to get ad-blu and would update later despite not having updated before. Clearly not caring for their vehicles if they’ve allowed the ad-blu to run dry. So now two customers in their 70s are facing the prospect of sleeping top and tail on a sofa until they can get their act together.

Teresa the sales rep was so knowledgeable in explaining to us the different fillings in the mattress and what we needed. She had us lying on the beds to check the firmness we wanted and was so full of information. There was no sales pressure whatsoever which is a relief these days. I am looking forward to receiving my new bed. We also have an elephant bed in our second home which is so comfortable. It is difficult to get out of bed!

I had a great experience at Elephant Beds thanks to Joe. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He gave honest advice without any pressure, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend asking for Joe if you're visiting – top service from start to finish!

Good product selection, friendly staff and quick delivery.

Please ant experience buying the bed but there it ended. Appalling communication regarding delivery. I had to phone to check the bed was being delivered! Given a slot 9-11a.m. Nothing.........I rang the shop to be told "oh, probably school traffic causing delays, you're 2nd. I'll find out what's happening and ring you back". It's school holidays! Another hour went by and still no return phone call or delivery. I phoned again to be told "it should arrive today".
Finally at 12.55 the door went and it was my bed. Delivery men were very non committal about times and told me it's always a 4 hour slot.
It's now 13.25 and I'm still waiting for the man in the shop to ring me back.
I will not be going there again! Service has gone drastically downhill since I bought my previous bed there.

We went to Elephant Beds and looked for an extra firm mattress as we would like to support local small business. The shopping experience was good although we only tried one mattress as the Sales staff told us they only have one extra firm mattress. Before we made decision, we asked the staff “Is this mattress made in UK?”, then, he said “Yes”. We were so happy and told him we preferred the mattress made in UK instead of other countries. He said “the mattress will be delivered around three weeks”. Then, we paid the full payment and waited for the delivery.
The mattress was delivered to us just two weeks. During the registration of 10 year warranty, we found the model on the mattress label is different with the invoice and the mattress is not made in UK. We went back to the shop for checking, another sales staff helped us and told us the owner will call us on tomorrow.
We were waiting for the call till 17:00 then we phoned in to the shop as it will be closed at 17:30. The owner said the Sales who served us is working at the company over 14 years, he is an experienced staff. He doesn’t believe the Sales person won’t know where the mattress was made and he stated that it is our word against the sales person’s word. Then, we told him the whole shopping process and suggested him to check the CCTV but he said the CCTV record was only kept 14 days. After discussion, he promised to send the photo and information of another firm mattress which is made in UK to us. He offered 25% off for the mattress which is made in UK and we need to pay the extra amount. No any responds was received from the shop since then. We are so disappointed for this small local business for it’s honesty.
