If it was possible to give zero starts I would.
The dish washer arrives and as there was a defect inside the person installing it did not see it.
I inform the same day Elettrodom and they immediately take out themselves from it accusing the person installing.
I insisted and insisted and tried to explain, but Giovanni had no intention to help. They left me with the defective dish washer.
They do not care at all about their customers, they do not know what customer service is.
Shame on them. They make us pay and deliver defective items. . .
But God is fair and this company will eventually pay for all harm they cause to everyone daily (as I see from many other reviews).

Salve, mi spiace che lei non abbia nemmeno preso in considerazione che il montatore abbia sbagliato ad installare la lavastoviglie e che quindi il problema non fosse di fabbrica bensì di montaggio. Le abbiamo suggerito di chiamare l'assistenza autorizzata del produttore, in modo che con l'uscita potesse verificare l'accaduto e decidere loro se fosse da sostituire o da riparare perchè causato da un errato montaggio. Questa è la prassi da fare, purtroppo ci dispiace per l'accaduto ma sono cose che possono capitare. Cordiali saluti.
Lavastoviglie arrivata daneggiata e non pagano neanche un euro. Una vergogna.
Cercano di dare la colpa agli altri, dicendo che la ha distrutto il montatore. Il montatore invece dice che non ha creato il danno.
Elettrodom non cercano ad aiutare, anzi non fanno nulla, solo dicendo mi che non e loro responsabilita perche non avevo controllato prima.
Capisco non ho controllato ma il fatto rimane che la lavastoviglie era daneggiata.
Doveva restituirla e punto.
Servizio clienti terribile.
Comportamenti inaccettabili.
Pero la vita un giorno gli tornera quello che danno agli altri! La merda.

I bought a dish washer online from Elettrodom.
All was fine in the communication etc, until i realised that the dish washer was damaged.
The dishwasher arrived 7 march 2022.
The person that was installing it together with the kitchen opened it 14 march 2022.
He installed it and before leaving I opened the door and realised it was damaged in two places.
Two places that do not look possible for someone installing it to create the damage.
I contacted many times Elettrodom, to try to find a solution and I have to say they do not care at all about their customers.
They kept saying that I should have checked before installing it and now it was late.
I understand i did not check (for good reasons, as I was not present). But no matter if I checked or not, the dish washer was damaged and this is a fact.
He kept saying it was damaged by the person installing it, taking away any responsibility from him.
I have never met worse customer service. And more dishonest people.
