My recruiter has been transparent and respects and understands my needs without forcing me into something I wouldn’t be a fit for. Only frustration I’ve had has been with the company I interviewed at - they were ultimately looking for a candidate with a different skill set that wasn’t communicated to myself or the Elevano recruiter after my final interview. Would have provided 5 stars if this miscommunication could have been avoided and saved everyone time.

Worked with them for a new role. Was matched up with interesting positions that were pertinent to my skillset and what I wanted in the next role. I received responses from every single job I had applied to, reaching a final offer with one of them.

During the interview process, they updated me every step of the way. During our phone calls, they were very transparent and candid about how things were going with any feedback they had received, whether about my candidacy or previous history with the company. They also let me take the reins when interacting with the company, including during the negotiation phase. I had as much control over the process as I prefer, while receiving far more info and detail than I would have were it just myself.

Far better experience compared to other external recruiters I've worked with in the past. Highly recommended.

I worked with Amir for a short time in mid-2020. Although our interaction was brief, it was quite memorable for several reasons. For one thing, Amir is a highly polished professional, who is both attentive to his own work and equally interested in assisting others, which is exactly what you would expect from a top-notch recruiter.
