Michel is the man to use! He’s the kindest most helpful man who drops anything to come and help even on a weekend to sort out a problem. He’s a complete star and comes up with a sensible solution each time. He always has the answers!

I found Miguel by searching on the web rather than a personal recommendation. This was quite an unorthodox method for our household. We had tried for years literally to repair our norcool fridge without success - using a very good local company. Eventually it expired. Miguel was superb from start to finish. I had two choices - a new fridge or a repair and the repair was half the price. I cannot recommend Miguel highly enough - his attention to detail, knowledge and bespoke craft. Our fridge is better than ever now. The repair was half the price of a new fridge. Miguel’s work comes with an 18 month guarantee as well.
One final thing to mention- just before New Year our heating and hot water packed up completely! Miguel diagnosed the problem over a video call, sourced a new unit and installed it when he came to look at our Norcool.

So glad I found this company online. Have been having problems with our Winemaster PC15 cellar conditioner and was on the verge of shelling out for a new one. Michel came out, diagnosed the issue and had it back in place within 3 weeks with a number of improvements and some additional work for no extra charge. All in, significantly less expensive than I was looking at elsewhere. So much more transparent and helpful than the supplier. I wish I had known about them much sooner!

Michel came to us quickly and immediately understood and rectified the problem. He is friendly professional and competent and gives a personal tailored service. I would have no hesitation recommending him. We will be using him in the future.

The Elextric engineer responded promptly to our problem. He was punctual and courteous and very thorough. We had a complicated issue which required him attending several times. He would not sign off until he was satisfied.

Elextric responded clearly and efficiently. They booked a service visit as requested very quickly, turned up punctually and carried out the necessary work efficiently in a very friendly but professional manner. The best comparison was the service was like going to a Michelin 3* restaurant! ( Michelin only do 3* this deserved the 5*!)

I have had my cellar cooling unit for approx' 20 years now. Elextric have completely refurbished, tested and re-installed it and the unit is working like new. Very happy with the service, lets hope that the unit continues on as before for the same amount of time

Enquired online, was contacted the next day, booked in for a convenient day. All online. Got details of pricing and charges well in advance so I could make an informed choice. Michel arrived as agreed and did the job efficiently, which I was grateful for. Would recommend.

I did not have any expectations of the service I would receive from Elextric when Inphoned them out of the blue as the result of my cooling system for my my wine cellar blowing up on me ahead of a heatwave.
