The video was incredibly sweet and truly felt like a real Christmas fairy tale. The quality of the video was excellent, very clear and professional, and I really appreciated that the video was long and detailed — it made it even more special for my child.

The only suggestion I would have is to allow more flexibility when creating the video — for example, the ability to upload more photos and add more personalized information about the child in a free-form way, rather than choosing only from preset options.

Overall, we absolutely loved the video. Thank you again for gifting our family such a beautiful and memorable holiday moment!

This is the best gift to send children. Every year the movie is different and when you put pictures, you can see them growing up. The children love it!!

This is my fifth year getting a video for my son. For the last three years he asks if Santa sent his message. Live your product and have told all my friends and coworker many of whom now order for their children.

100% recommend purchasing. The video is amazing. The pronunciation of the children’s names was perfect. They absolutely love it! I paid for the 2 hour turn around and had the video in my e-mail in just over an hour. You will not be disappointed!

My grandson, Levi, pronounces his name “Lee-Vi”. Santa pronounces it as “Levy”. Other than that, I’m very happy.

Had a teary eye while watching the video. Surprised it was 10 minutes long! Really lovely Christmas story, definitely gives you a warmth in heart ❤️🎅

The best gift for my girls

My 4 year old was so happy to see her Santa video message! Her eyes were so surprised and she have the biggest smile!!! I love seeing her face glow!!!

Oh my! My kids are 9 and 10 and they say they don't believe in Santa. Guess what? Even my mom believes in him now! Thank you so much for whoever created this! I cannot wait for next year to purchase again! It would be nice to have an option to do this for my husband lol. He loved it! We almost cried!!!

The video was great and my grandkids loved it. They only thing that needs improvement was when you add pictures of other family members you can only pick mother or father or grandmother or grandfather for the comment. So, I had to pick the mother and grandfather instead of being able to include all 4 in the comments.
