The store in Fields shopping center, have the worst People’s work in that place, every time I visit the store a bad experiencie, and leave with without buying nothing, and in 2014 thats the most and the first experiencie whow you deal with Customer service, and the manager of that store in 2014, need to have a good formation with Customer service, horrible person and bad worker.

Poor customer service
I came to purchase a Garmin Forerunner 255, and after waiting for 15 minutes in line and picking up a ticket, the cashier tells me that he cannot help me, I need to go to someone from the specific section.
I then decided not to wait even longer, I made the purchase online, and went for a walk. Within 1-2 hours, it was ready for pick up. When I came back to the store, I took a "pick up package" ticket, went to the same cashier, who told me that I need to go to another part of the store, but as an exception he would help me. He asked for an ID, where I had a few pictures of IDs on my phone, my yellow card, but not a physical ID with a picture on it. He then went further saying that he cannot accept a non-physical ID.
I had to go home and pick up my ID, I came back, and another nice employee helped me to get my package, even without asking specifically for an ID.
I am quite disappointed that the only thing I asked for was purchasing a sports watch, and it took so long until I actually had to get it.
Had I known that it would be like this, I would have definitely not chosen Elgiganten, and I will not choose it from now on.

It is correct, that it is not everywhere in the store, you can stand in line to buy a sport watch. You need to be in a specific area, to make a purchase for a sport watch.
I'm very sorry, if it wasn't obvious in the store, where you needed to stand in line.
It is also correct, that when you make a click and collect order, then you have to show a physical ID. When you get a SMS from the store, they also clarify that you need your physical ID in the SMS.
I have given your feedback to the store you're referring to, so we can make sure to give a better customer experience in the future.
I also hope, that we can welcome you in the store another time, and give a better experience.

I ordered a laptop for my child's…
I ordered a laptop for my child's birthday, I calculated that it would arrive on the day it was needed. The order was made on March 9, it was supposed to arrive on March 13 today. But when I started to figure out that Elgigante Hillerod, it turns out that they didn't even send the package, they only started packing it on (March 13), which I was supposed to receive that day.

Charged instead of refunded – 6,998 DKK missing
I returned a phone to Elgiganten Nørrebrogade and received a "Payout" receipt for 3,499 DKK. Instead of refunding me, the store’s terminal incorrectly processed a charge for 3,499 DKK.
My bank has confirmed these are finalized withdrawals, not reservations. This means Elgiganten has taken 6,998 DKK from my personal account for one return.
I have been struggling with customer service for over a week. Every message is a different person who refuses to acknowledge the bank documentation and the clear terminal error. I am now missing 7,000 DKK, and Elgiganten’s response is to keep asking for the same proof I have already sent. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
