Never got my items, was charged for the items anyway.

I ordered off this website in hopes to be receiving some protein.
Long story short, never received my items although i was charged for it. I have sent multiple emails, to which i have never received an email back. I sent another email to their facebook page to be told to contact via their email, which i already did with of course, no reply. I tried ringing the contact number and didn't pick up the phone. I will not be bothering with this website again.

Very Helpful staff with alot of supplement knowledge, Great in store prices, willing to go the extra mile to keep customer satisfation! Dont really go anywhere else, as they have a number of high street stores across London!

UNBELIEVABLE! We ordered from them, they didn't deliver and charged us anyway. All we can do now is warn others…

starShocking customer service. Ordered protein with a free shaker. The shaker didn't arrive so sent an email asking to send another one to which 3 days later i got a reply asking for a picture of the product the packaging and invoice as if i was lying! Will definitely not use this company again. terrible service

Like many people have mentioned, i ordered an item that wasn't in stock. So i requested a refund through eMail, then they stopped replying. I phoned up the number on their website after that, was told the systems had frozen and they would call me back. Never received that call. They are complete con artists and now i'm £30 out of pocket

Sold me counterfeit Bowflex dumbbells, and now that the dumbbells are broken (weight fell off and landed on my foot!) will not do anything about it!

Rather than say on the website that they were out of stock they took my payment and then EMailed me to say that they did not have my item in stock. I replied stating that I wanted a refund. They have not responded to my E-Mail and have not given me my money back. Very poor service. Do not buy from EliteSupplements.co.uk

Ordered something that showed it was in stock on the website. Took them a week to send me an email to say it wasn't. Then took them a further week to refund the money. At least I got my money back I guess..
Definitely avoiding these next time.

I ordered a protein from Elite Supplements on Oct 21,till now nothing arrive to my mailbox. I sent 2 Emails to them but they didn't reply me.

I found elite supplements staff to be very helpfull as a someone who is new to suppliments. They really helped me out with alot of information on what to take to help acheieve my goals. Unlike other companys i have encountered the staff were very freindly and happy to help. Suprised to have delivery of my products... NEXT DAY!
