I have bought one lot of costume jewellery ( lot 29 from the 25th March 2026 ) and there was a lot of items inside and from all items one item was missing I have added photo with a red circle on it .. when I asked why it was missing , the reply was just return the lot and we will refund you .. they are right as they will refund the money but not my wasted time nor comforting my frustration feelings whoever check these photos will understand why I put one star ….

This company has a history of purchase and refund problems that resemble scams. Watch out ! If you join their platform they ask for a deposit. If you "buy It Now" or bid and win you must pay by wire transfer directly to their bank. You may never get your vehicle with many excuses why. Your purchase price refund will be shorted by a certain percentage but they will not wire your money back to you. They send out post dated checks weeks after making complaints. They use legal Jargon in their operations that allow for legal theft of your deposit money refund. For further details of these tactics check all BBB complaints and reviews. Do not engage with this business until you have done a thorough review of this company and it's operations. I will not ever do or recommend business with this company.

Be careful with Elite Auto Auction. We are exposing scammers—primarily from India—who run fake auto auction groups. These groups use fraudulent phone numbers to steal money from unsuspecting buyers. There are no clear pictures, no in-person inspections, and no explanation of the title status. All signs point to this being a scam. Elite Auto Auction is not legitimate. They use fake phone numbers and try to manipulate buyers by hiding damage under misleading listings. Some of the vehicles may even be linked to theft. Do not trust them. I recommend to any one do not buy. If you do it you will loyal your money. Warning

Overall I had a positive experience with Elite. There was an initial hiccup with the shipping of my item but they were quick to deal with rectifying the situation. I reside in Australia so it is important for me to deal with a trustworthy auction house. I found them easy to get in touch with and they were responsive to my emails.
