Used to be a decent company, now it's just horrible.
Took a server for 1 month, paid but their system failed and told me I didn't pay. Created a support ticket, after a week they closed it with no reply. Nothing solved. Send them an email, no reply.

You are better of somewhere else.

I had purchased 1 month didn't like it so I cancelled 07/24. It has been a year since I've had service for one month with this company and then all of a sudden they are trying to charge me for last month and this month just out of the blue.

I contacted them through a support ticket and they have not even contacted me back.

Aren't replying for 2 months. I paid through ideal, but never got the credit. Mails are not replied to, and neither are the tickets.

Their slogan is "made by gamers for gamers", which couldn't be less true.

They explicitly don't mention the advertisements on your servers. I rented a teamspeak server and there is no option to change the logo or welcome message which is just a link to their site. There isn't even an option to upgrade to remove this and no mention they do this on the sale page or in their help desk docs. Just a big ugly banner on your team speak which you payed for.

Contacted support? Good luck getting a responce. Good thing I only wasted a few quid before upgrading a year.

Bought UT99 server and it was severely outdated. They need to apply 469d patch and I tried for 4 days to contact tech support with no hope. Run away far from this company, for all i know they scammed me my $12. Go with well known gaming host, trying to save headache for other people

Been having problems since November 15th, Its now 28th December, Contacted support, No-one, I guess no-one works here. Worst Support service i have ever come accross, This company should just shut itself down

No customer support. Things don't work right and no help. Server updates didn't work for newer updates. Complained but ignored. Pingperfect.com has same console but the set up is better and they caught me off guard by getting back to me in less than 30 min when I asked for help. Never coming back. A refund for a broken server would be nice.

No reply for bad service hosting sped, its a shame to mthis ppl just dont answer any support doesnt matter how much you pay, say goodbye t your money

No reply from customer support for over 10 days.. They also locked a feature behind contacting customer support so it is impossible to use it.

I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company, and their customer service is absolutely abysmal. Furthermore, their basic game server allows 16 slots, but even with just one slot filled, the processor struggles to keep up with the demand, resulting in frequent connection failures. To top it all off, I was billed twice for the same service during signup, and have yet to receive a response from the billing support team despite submitting a ticket two weeks ago.

No support, no response to support ticket, and no response to subsequent inquiry via email.

absolutely no support, ignored my ticket for 3 months then closed it. total dog crap of a "service" avoid like the plague.

Rented a SOF2 server from them. Had some issues with the setup. Submitted a support ticket. ZERO response. So I basically had to figure it out myself. Then decided to just cancel my service. Paid for 3 months in advance, used it for 2 days. Followed the cancellation protocols. Waited 2 days. server was cancelled, then submitted another ticket to billing to ask about my refund. After a week, NO response at all. Do not use this game server hosting service. And if you do, you better not expect help, or any kind of refund. kiss your money goodbye.

Rented a server, setup was automated so it was quick. We've put in several tickets with questions and requests and none are answered, 72 hours+ while writing. NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL.

I would give them zero stars if it was an option. I signed up for their services, then found that it might not be what I needed. I placed a support request, and no response for 2 days AT ALL. then they closed the ticket. I reopened the ticket, and 2 days later, still no response.
Worst customer service ever. I can't even request a refund...GARBAGE!

Was looking for an option to have a dedicated AC server. The one provided has incompatible port number which lead to issues with registering the server. Customer support was not reacting at all, google couldn't help and I had to buy another server just to prove my theory with port number. The new server worker perfectly fine having a proper port number. 10 days later - no response from the CX, the only thing they can do is closing your tickets.

Awful support they answer after several days and still it took them over a week to upload a simple file. And that was the first request I asked of them they never even did the second. They wasted my time and my money. I would not recommend this hosting company if you need support. I still can't use the server as I wanted to do so I can't review the server itself.
