This company is a scam

This company is a scam! They pretend to sell upmarket event organizing services for Christmas fairs and Wedding fairs, but what they do, is prey on inexperienced start-up businesses who are looking for avenues to promote their brands and sell directly to customers by promising participation in a well organized and marketed event. What they actually deliver is pitiful. I have participated in one of their Christmas fairs and it was a complete disaster. They hadn't advertised the event at all, were charging entrance at the main entrance point, but the venue had two other entrances where people could just walk in! It seemed that they hadn't even been at the venue ahead of the event to check the space out. There were no plug outlets even though they had told stallholders that each stall would have an electricity outlet. Local people living around the venue and having just by chance stumbled upon the event on the day, were commenting on how it hadn't been publicized! When businesses who had bought a stall at the event wanted to talk to the organizers and make their disappointment heard, the organizers left! There was no person responsible for organizing the event at the venue, no person for the stall holders to talk to! I have now learned from talking to businesses who had been at other events organized by this company, that this is the way they usually operate. It is truly a scam! And the people in charge are con artists! Stay away from them! If I could give them a negative star rating or zero start, i would!

STAY CLEAR

I would recommend that you stay clear from this company.

Having experienced and partaken in one of their 'Christmas events' last weekend in Richmond, I can safely say that this organisation is a scam.

They charged an extortionate price for a stall, which was expected to pay for marketing and actual organisation... I was sadly... sadly disappointed.

Add members of ELE walking around avoiding eye contact, to not offering to own up to their mistakes when confronted in both person and email and what you have is a truly awful company that has NO RIGHT to charge what they deem to be an 'Elite London Event'.

Unprofessional and risky

My experience with ELE has been a really poor one. They created an "event" for a Christmas market stall in Richmond and charged a whopping £225 per stall for the event. The event wasn't advertised and as a result was very poorly attended.

Any attempts to have money refunded have been met with denials and excuses. An organisation not acting within the integrity it states and doing a very poor job of communicating with their customers.

If you intend to trade with this organisation, please be vary wary.
