I'm delighted with my purchase. I got exactly same products like on the picture which I send. The quality is exact what I expected. The money that I paid are fair.

The guys at Elite Materials were very responsive to my messages and so helpful when completing order. Offered info on sizing, expected delivery date and notified me there may be slight delays, which many others would not do. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews left here as I’ve ordered from them now on three occasions and all of my items have arrived in a timely manner and are perfect quality at a fair price compared to other pages doing the same. Will continue to order from them in the future.

My item never arrived and the company will not respond to my messages now.
They have said it is an issue with the delivery company which I need to resolve myself but have gave me no details to do that. Items ordered November 2023 and should have been delivered Dec.
£200 paid and no item! Do not use!!

Ordered bag from this company, tracking hasn’t updated in two months and they are not responding to messages by email, Wattsapp or IG messages.

The “influencers” who promote this scam are only doing so after being gifted items so please do not get caught like me!!!

Avoid at all costs

Purchased a pair of shoes and I have only worn them for about a week and the insoles have completely peeled off and the logo is starting to crumble and peel off the back of the heel. I am extremely disappointed with this and I was offered a small discount on my next order which is ridiculous as I don’t understand how I am expected to order from here again. I would get better wear from primark shoes.

I have made many purchases from elite materials and have to say the customer service is out of this world....... every question answered promptly. The products I have received are high quality and qill continue to use the company.

Have ordered from here 4 or 5 times now and have been very happy with the quality of the goods and customer service. Will definitely continue to shop from here

The service is easy, delivery just over two weeks and quality of product is amazing, I have shopped with them before and I will continue to shop with them in the future. The range of products is impressive.

I purchased a pair of the ultra mini platform Ugg. The quality is amazing! I am very particular about quality of items and honestly these exceeded my expectations! The wool is so soft and the service is 10/10. Tracking provided so you know exactly where your product is and I will definitely be ordering again!

Do not believe the recent fake reviews posted here. They have all been posted in quick succession to try and blindside customers and insult their intelligence.
I bought jackets from them over 2 months ago.
“Apparently” they were taken by customs in China. Which I wasn’t told about until 45 days after payment was made when I questioned delivery updates through email, Instagram and WhatsApp.
Very unprofessional and REFUSE to provide a refund, even after disclosing that the items had been seized.
It is the law that a business must provide a refund if they have failed to provide delivery or adequate accommodations.
I am therefore filing a dispute and fraud claim with Revolut, as well as filing a claim with the Consumers Association of Ireland.
I have tried to be civil, but their lack of professionalism has left me with no choice.
Their business details (registration number and address) can be found on the “company registry office” website for anyone else in the same situation.
And I would suggest you do the same as I, or they will not stop.

Have ordered from this page 3/4 times now and everything has been amazing quality. Constantly get compliments on the bits I’ve bought and can’t wait to receive what I have on the way. Would highly recommend, it’s worth the little wait for delivery x

Hi so just last month October 2022 I received my Gucci the north face jacket was top quality,and Balenciaga trainers ,the products are fabulous and arrived on time ,the sales rep keeps in touch and will always let you no dates of receiving your products,I’m very happy and have more shoes on the ways for Christmas

I ordered from them over 2 months ago and paid 200 euro for a pair of shoes. No sign of them at all. Complete scam. I would avoid at all costs. They have deleted comments of me asking for an update and won’t reply to my messages. I asked for a refund and they told me no it’s not their issue.

I bought several items coming to €500+ (Nike Vapormax, Nike Air Force 1s, Yeezys and a North Face jacket) during their Black Friday sale last year and they were saying to order now to guarantee delivery for Christmas. I went for it so that I could have shoes for myself and a couple of presents for my gf. Nothing arrived at Christmas and I contacted them several times, the messages were seen but got no response. When I kept getting onto them for months they finally responded saying there must have been an issue with delivery and that they would resend them and I requested the tracking info and then I'd get no response again. This happened several more times and again over the course of the next year, they might respond to one message and then stop responding. A very frustrating process. One year later, still no goods received and have been told that the order has been resent 4 times with no tracking info given each time. I have requested a full refund from them several times also and still no response. I have completely lost my patience, its infuriating that these scammers are out there but to make it worse there are so many influencers on Instagram promoting @elitematerials and @elitematerialsclub and they should be ashamed of themselves. They only promote them because the influencers do actually receive branded knockoffs to promote on their pages.

Ordered something from elitematerials Ireland, sent my item over 7 weeks ago have dm’d them numerous times and have been asked now to stop messaging them. They have taken over £200.00 from me have asked bank for a refund can’t do anything cause I transferred the money. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Messaged Instagram no reply. What an absolute joke..
