As soon as we were made aware of the issue, our team lodged an enquiry with Australia Post and followed the process available to us to investigate the delay. While the shipment was unfortunately delayed within the carrier's network, we continued to monitor the enquiry and provide updates where possible.
Express Post is a shipping service provided by Australia Post, and while we dispatch orders promptly from our warehouse, delivery timeframes remain dependent on the carrier once the parcel has been collected. We understand this doesn't lessen the disappointment when a parcel arrives later than expected.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and will continue working with our shipping partners to provide the best possible service for our customers.
