Firstly I’d like to point out that this is a review platform for people to share their honest feedback and experiences, if you can not handle negative reviews then you should reconsider whether you want to allow customers to leave feedback.
Initially I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving your call after I had posted my review. I thought that you were calling to try and understand my experience and offer some sort of explanation for the poor customer service, however I was clearly wrong. You called me to vent your frustration at me having the audacity to leave you a negative review. Throughout the call you displayed no understanding or made any attempts to rectify my poor experience, you behaved as someone who had their pride/ego hurt and it felt like the call was for your own personal benefit not mine. I don’t know if this is common practice for you to try and confront customers who leave negative reviews in order to pressurise them to remove their review.
With regards to your comments around people not leaving their cars to the last minute, which by the way was quite insensitive considering we are in the midst of a global pandemic and have been in lockdown for several months not being allowed to go out except for essential work, I was not offended by you as you say ‘trying to have a conversation with your customers’ but don’t you think that when the purpose of that conversation is to try and make your customer feel stupid in order to cover up your own time delay then you are missing the point of customer service entirely. It seems quite convenient that this joke was not made when I came in as a new customer but instead was made when you yourself couldn’t deliver the wheels in the agreed time, hence incurring me additional cost for insurance and extending the car lease.
Despite the way you have handled the situation I take biggest offence to how you have manipulated the narrative and created a new one to undermine the customer and make yourselves look superior. So therefore I’d like to clarify a few things,
Firstly when my father initially came to you he was quoted £90 for 3 tyres, he immediately called me and relayed this information asking if I wanted to proceed with the work. So I have absolutely no idea where this quote of £100 has magically appeared from.
Secondly when I arrived at the garage myself, we agreed that we would get all 4 alloys done as you explained to me that sometimes lease car companies charge a hefty amount even for minor scratches. I took your advice and agreed to have all 4 tyres done for £90 each. At this point I made it very clear to you that the car lease was due to end on Friday and you assured me that it would be fine and I could pick the car up at 10am that day. At no point did you advise us that there could be a delay. It seems you were so eager to make a sale that you had were happy to make a false promise, which conveniently the very next day after dropping the car off you went back on.
Thirdly, it was only when I expressed my disappointment at the delay when picking the car up that you made some sort of attempt at customer service and offered to knock of an additional £5 per tyre but this was short lived as you still charged me the original £90 quoted and when I questioned it you once again tried to push a false narrative and claimed the original quote had been £95 and hence you’d already applied the discount.
Finally you questioned why I left 2 stars and not 1, I did this purely because your other colleague actually displayed some decency and attempted to offer understanding/apologies but after the way you have handled the situation it is clear that you deliver 1 star customer service.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Chris and the guys at Elite Wheels & Tyres. I ordered some wheels for my Mercedes Vito during the bank holiday weekend. I had a phone call first thing on the Tuesday morning from Chris stating they had a busier weekend than expected and the wheels that i wanted were no longer available. Immediately Chris gave me the option to upgrade my wheels free of charge to a better style and he would provide next day service on the delivery. Customer service has been excellent with everyone i have spoken to within the company.

I just want to thank everyone as I understand that it is difficult during these times with couriers etc. but I would be happy to recommend the guys to anyone. They have really knocked it out of the park especially considering that the market for Mercedes Vito Swamper style alloy wheels and tyres is non existent. They provide a great choice of both wheel and tyre packages at a great price and i will be using them again in the future when it comes to upgrading my Ford Ranger wheels.

The wheels make the vehicle and I have been smiling like a Cheshire cat all evening. Can't thank the guys enough. Brilliant company and i wish the team at Elite Wheels & Tyres the best for the future.

Started using them about three years ago never ripped me of went in today with a nail in one tyre and getting alarm on dashboard they took the nail out tyre was ok so they checked the other tyre found one very low fixed it they could have sold me to new tyres I would not have know any difference great service and very quick at fixing it recommend them great 👍🏻 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Been using them for over 10 years since I discovered Mercedes and BMW took their customers cars there.
Professional and totally customer orientated. They even throw in the occasional puncture repair ‘on the house’.

I went to Elite on recommendation, having had my vehicle returned from an insurance repair job after a rear end shunt. I knew the vehicle wasn't right but kept being told there was nothing wrong with it. Elite found the wheels needed realigning, one of the front tyres had collision damage and the rear tyre that had been replaced by the repair company, was the wrong tyre with incompatible tread! Chris assured me that this would solve the back end instability on my ML250 and he was right! Two months of anxiety solved, now the insurance company 'discussions' begin! Thank you for great service, being so patient and not making me feel stupid!

Outstanding service.
Let me book ahead to have my wheel alignment done.
Staff were friendly and professional and knew exactly who I was and why I was there.
Alignment is fiddly and lots of other garages moan about doing it, charge a fortune and do a poor job. The experience today couldn’t have been more different.
Even though the workshop was busy they even made time to check the tyre pressures before handover.
I will certainly be back!

Great service fixing a bent wheel at short notice. Kept us moving with a loan wheel as well. Outstanding.

Got a set of 17 inch Black Rhino alloys for a VW T5 Transporter. Going away from the low profile getting stuck wheels and after a chunky practical solution to wet muddy fields and a snowy commute in winter.

Absolutely fantastic wheels, very speedy delivery and top notch communication.

Kept in touch and promptly answered questions ensuring I had the right Wheels for what I want.
Was going for mat black, but was shown a dark bronze Set that had not even crossed my mind.
They suit the van too T and are a much better choice. Happy to recommend them, have a chat and see what they can do for you.

Can’t speak to highly of Chris and Elite Wheels. Helped me out after losing a fight with a pothole.

Website was easy to navigate, delivery was prompt and product was in the expected condition.

The reason for only 4 stars was the payment gateway could’ve been a little slicker and it would’ve been good to receive delivery notifications so that I knew my parcel was on route/had arrived.

Good price, wheels and tyres arrived in two days.
