Fabulous watch. Wear it all the time and it doesn’t seem to scratch.diving, paddling, swimming. It’s bomb proof. Classic, durable and smart. I absolutely love it!

My father has a beautiful limited editon Elliot Brown Submarine Service watch. Recently the strap pin came loose, and was lost. Emailed the customer service team, who were quick to reply, and extremely helpful, and they sent out a new strap pin free of charge, which arrived the next day. Fantastic watches, and a great company to back it up. Thank you.

Just received my two watches from Elliot Brown and I have to say I am impressed with the watch build and quality. It is a lovely looking watch and very solid. I would also like to point out the team and process for getting the watch built was easy and if not in places very pleasing. So if you are thinking of buying a functional watch this company should be on your list .

Excellent aftercare. Responsive and careful service, replacing battery, re-sealing, and fixing strap, all carried out professionally and quickly. Very impressed.

I purchased a watch (Holton) in bronze and was immediately happy with the quality, it feels and looks exactly as you'd expect from reading the website.
I had a small query and was answered incredibly quickly and very soon was offered a replacement part, this was unbeleiveibly retuned to me within a week (this included posting the watch to them)
After sales is clearly a core valu and not an after thought with Elliot Brown and I can't state how happy I am with them.
Already ordered an alterative strap and my next watch will be a different model, other brands can wait!

Before Christmas I took my beloved Canford to my local watch repair shop for a routine battery change - and they ended up severing the pin on the crown and replacing the case-back with non proprietary screws (don't ask) which meant the time could not be set correctly.
I realised I would have to send it back to the manufacturer for repairs and winced thinking about the potential cost having previously dealt with the likes of Tag, Longines and Raymond Weil (quartz and autos).
I need not have worried, as for an exceptionally reasonable price, the watch was returned in a lovely new box, serviced, repaired and displaying the correct time. The customer service agents on the phone from Dorset were outstanding and the workmanship admirable. I always knew my Canford was a tremendous watch and great value for money but I never expected the customer service to be quite so good! A first class British watch manufacturer in every respect.

I have had many watches but this brand is the only manufacturer that has created a tough watch which has survived on my wrist. When I managed to scratch the glass, they replaced it free of charge. If you want a watch that will stand up to any adventure and is reasonably priced, by an Elliot Brown...

Just had the battery replaced on my very nice Bloxworth watch.
Firstly; the people I spoke with were human, humorous and extremely helpful and switched-on.
Secondly; the replacement battery and speed of service could not have been better- THANK YOU ALL

A totally positive experience

I bought a diving watch from them and when I went to get the battery charged the screws had rusted and snapped, yes on a diving watch. I sent I back under warranty and they recased the watch a few weeks later it started to steam up inside. This is still an ongoing process and I am waiting to hear back from them due another issue with the strap.
The watches look great but if you’re looking to get something to last I would recommend going to Tk max, where you could get something at a fraction of the price and better quality. Very disappointed with this company, as their ethos made them sound so caring. Shame

I was bought an Elliot Brown Bloxworth Hali for a special occasion present from from a jewellers, a beautiful watch, loved it and a brand that I had not heard of previously. Absolutely gutted that it stopped within a week, thinking perhaps watch had been in the shop for a long time and needed a new battery I contacted Elliot Brown directly. A lovely lady called Helen informed me that this should definitely not have happened and to return the watch directly to them and it would be replaced. The customer service from the company and the contact with Helen & Leanne was amazing. The problem was sorted so quickly, efficiently and with a smile, above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Now have a lovely working watch and to anybody buying from this company, they are brilliant, a first class, five star service, which in this modern day world doesn’t seem to exist very much any more. A 5 star service and a huge “Thank you” to you all. Would definitely recommend and will certainly buy from again, directly though the next time.

I had a fault on the bezel of a Special Edition Elliot Brown (EB) watch that was right on the edge of the warranty. The EB representative (Alex) provided advice and I dispatched the watch back to EB for repair. Within 10 days the watch has been returned to me repaired cleaned with no charge. This is the second time I have contacted EB, the first stime to order an alternative strap, on both occasions the EB response has been friendly and efficient. Thank you EB.

Great watch but very disappointed with leather strap. Sent photos to Elliot Brown along with proof of purchase etc (1 year old) but was told that the strap stitching coming apart (so the watch falls off wrist) is down to general wear and tear. Not sure I agree with that but I guess I still like the watch and will have to buy another strap....

I bought a Holton Automatic second hand for a bargain, alreadying owning a Holton Professional which is the most reliable and hard wearing watch I've ever owned for daily wear working in the emergency services. Sadly it wasn't keeping time so I sent it down to the yard for repair.

It required some adjustment which the team did for free along with sorting out the well worn and damaged strap, again for free.

Can't fault the team for their excellent customer service and producing such outstanding watches that I can wear daily for any task including in the water, watches I'll be happy to pads down to my kids.

I look forward to my next purchase with them, my wife is sick of hearing about their Tyneham and how necessary this purchase will be before the next regimental dinner!

Just got my Elliott brown bloxworth white dial with blue bezel with NATO blue strap and ........WOW absolutely love it !!! Loads more attention to detail a real stunning watch can't rate it enough.

Only had my Canford EWMRS for a couple of days, and I have to say to me it’s the most beautiful functional watch that I’ve ever owned.
From point of order to delivery was a super quick (2 days). Watch was well packaged and secure.
I’m now looking to offload my Omega Seamaster as I find the Elliott Brown far more practical and comfortable to wear.

I have a Tyneham, Bloxworth & Broadstone, my partner has a Kimmeridge and between us we have various additional and spare straps that are so easy to change and change the look of each watch. Customer service has always been first class and with a really personal touch. Can't recommend highly enough.

I have had two Holton Professionals now- a quartz first, and now I still have my Automatic. Moreover, I also have a quartz Kimmeridge RNLI special edition. The response to emails is fantastic, always prompt, even when I am boring them with nerdy questions or suggestions, or asking about spares, which I don't think I will ever need unless my left wrist gets run over by a Centurion tank, or my right wrist, come to that, since my backup is always an EB when I am on the hill. Great design, great service, great kit.

Edit: I missed by quartz Holton so much that I just bought another to replace it, so now I have the quartz and mechanical versions.

Edit 2: Umm... now I have 8 EB watches ...

Fantastic Customer Service!

My son has had his Bloxworth for just under 5 years. Wears it daily, plays sport wearing it, dives with it, has his adventures with it.

Only had 2 issues with it in that time. First was when the time keeping seemed to be awry. Contacted Elliot Brown and they said to send it in and they would take a look. Returned very promptly - it needed a battery which EB had replaced free of charge.

More recently, the bracelet strap came apart, one of the retaining screws had worked loose. Again, EB said to send it back and they would look at it. Returned within the week, screws replaced and the clasp, which was showing some day-to-day wear, also replaced. No charge for the repair or the clasp.

Quality British company, caring for its customers. A world apart from when I talk to Breitling about my watch - to the extent I now go independent for Breitling, manufacturer for Elliot Brown Watches.

It's not the name, it's the service that counts.

I'd buy an Elliot Brown watch myself except my son is called Elliot Brown (sadly he doesn't own a watch company) and wearing a watch with his name on just seems wrong!

I had been waiting to buy their Holton Professional RO6 Black Dial watch for a while so was pleased when I received an email telling me that it was back in stock.

Elliot Brown state very clearly and boast about their connection with the military and that as their way of saying thank you to serving and ex serving military personnel, they offer military discount on their watches.

After two emails and waiting now for over four weeks they have ignored all my requests for more information and what the discount is.

I find this a total insult to all of us serving and ex serving members of the armed forces.

Surprise, surprise, funny that you ignore my emails but once I expose your false claims on Trustpilot you respond.
Re your statement below about not having a contact number,I'm not in the habit of giving my mobile number out to people I don't know and trust, have you never heard of replying to an email, its a really great service, you should try it sometime!
This response has just proved how untrustworthy you are, thanks to Trustpilot for exposing you.

Elliot Brown have updated their response to my review and amended their original response, guys, you have my email address, I even replied directly for your request for more info from Trustpilot.
It is up to you to get back to me not for me to chase you for information, stop trying to put blame on your emails not getting through to me, everyone knows that is just a cover up.
I really don't like having to air my views in public this much but seeing as you don't reply to emails and the only way to get a response is by complaining on Trustpilot I have no other option.

I've had enough guys, for the third time, YOU HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS, its not that I'm not getting them, you haven't replied to me, you haven't sent me any emails, how many times do I have to tell you this?
I have checked and double checked the emails sent to you and through Trustpilot, they are all correct so the issue is with you, if you can't reply and send a simple email it doesn't say a lot about your company.
