We received the first item broken, which was obviously already a returned item from a previous purchase. After we've complained several times, it took them more than a month to respond at all. Then they send a replacement, which was again a returned item with scratches. Terrible customer support and terrible quality. Last purchase from Ellure.

Ordered a product in August, it is now December and I have not received a product. They do not respond to emails at all. Do not order anything from them.

SCAM! Ordered a product August 20th, and recieved nothing. I decided to go back into my email and every link provided is a dead link. Pathetic.

I ordered an airbrush over 3 months ago and was charged for it. I never received the product. This is shameful that people have the audacity to do this. What a scam, I am not happy.

Sure wish I had done more research before I ordered! I ordered on August 7th..and no product yet or any response to my emails. I'm so disappointed with this company. 😡

I also ordered the styler/dryer on August 22nd. Its October 20th and i have never received it. How can they get away with scamming so many people?

SCAM...not only did I not receive the hair dryer but they billed me twice and claim I ordered it twice

Well I guess I am right there with everyone else,should have known better, August 20th I ordered the 3 in 1 dryer ,I have never had trouble ordering anything before .this is a total scam, how many people have they scammed I have emailed 3 times no response . I am so made all I want is my money back. I don’t give them any stars

HORRIBLE. I didn’t even have to get to the 3rd review to find out that the same thing that happened to me also happened to 2 other people who ordered the 3 in 1 blow dryer. My mouth hung open when I saw they ordered it on august 21st which was the exact day I ordered mine and was supposed to get it 2 months ago, yet never received it. I discovered it on either Facebook or instagram and normally I never have trouble. I have sent at least 7 emails, VERY annoyed w/ the company and never got a single response. I wish I had a number to call to ask what the heck is going on!! I’m so disappointed that I lost $20.00 and don’t know if I have a way of getting it back.

I ordered a blow dryer on August 21, and I have not received this product on October 13. I will be reversing the charges and this company should not exist ! Do not buy any product without looking at the reviews first ! I know I will never again order anything without looking at reviews

They are scammers. Don’t give them your money.

BEWARE!! I ordered the 3 in one hair dryer. After I ordered it and a month went bye, I sent an email, nothing happened. Well they got my $22.00 and I have never heard anything. So shoppers beware they are a scam. DO NOT ORDER from them!!! I ordered one from eBay and got it in 7 days.

OMG my stupidity for not looking up this company before purchasing hair dryer! I am in the same predicament as previous reviews. Total scam, next time they run an ad on Facebook I will notify Facebook this company is a total scam!
