Paid for strike-off services – very poor communication and no result
I paid Eltoma for corporate strike-off services for two companies (Cyprus and Singapore).
Despite full payment being made under Invoice No. 3267 and Invoice No. 9359, the services were not delivered.
Communication was very difficult and I had to send repeated reminders in order to receive any response.
After comparing with other service providers, I also realised that the fees charged were significantly higher than the market average, while the quality of service did not meet expectations.
The strike-off procedures were eventually completed without their involvement and can be verified in the official public registers (ACRA Singapore and the Cyprus Registrar of Companies).
I have formally requested a refund of the amounts paid.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service provider.
