I am so impressed with the customer service and ethos behind Elvis & Kresse. I enquired about personalisation on a bag when I placed the order (Sunday 18th January). On Monday, Elvis telephoned me to explain the process and provide options for me. That same day my bag was dispatched, and arrived with me in the afternoon on Tuesday. Not only was the personalised service exceptional, and they went out of their way to ensure I would be happy with my purchase, but it was all so efficient!

I wanted to support a UK, family-run, ethical and sustainable business and that is exactly what Elvis & Kresse are - the fact their products are absolutely gorgeous and an iconic style just sweetens the deal! I am so thrilled with my pink Dutch tote bag - the quality is incredible and it really feels one of a kind. I know I will enjoy using it always.

All of the Elvis & Kresse products I have are stylish, thoughtfully designed and practical items I am confident will still be in great condition for many years to come. In addition to this, I very much consider any purchases from Elvis & Kresse as being a case of voting with my wallet. The use of upcycled materials, paying a living wage, being a social enterprise, environmentally conscious manufacturing closer to home along with donating 50% of the profits to great charities are all important to me. More businesses should be like this.

I hate seeing so much needlessly sent to landfill and so any business preventing quality materials from being discarded in that way also greatly appeals to me. The fact that Elvis & Kresse rescue a variety of quality materials to produce numerous different kinds of desirable products I would like to own and use encouraged me to purchase from them.

The quality of the materials and craftsmanship of the items I have purchased from Elvis & Kresse is impressive and far superior to some that I have from other brands who market themselves as luxury and charge far more.

I’ve just ordered the Continental Briefcase. I was unsure on colours so I asked Kresse if she could take a picture of them side by side so I could choose, which she was pleased to do. I then decided on the green/red & I have to say WOW it’s amazing & is a statement piece of luggage that sets you apart from everyone else.
I love the brand ethos & the quality of the product is amazing & repurposing the fire hose, leather & parachute silk is pure genius.

I love the ethos of this company, which I came across recently on Instagram, and was interested in purchasing their Red Tote Bag, which is made from re-cycled decommissioned fire-hose.
I contacted them as I had a few questions before placing my order. Their customer service was exceptional, I dealt with Komal who was extremely helpful and answered all of my queries promptly and professionally.
When my tote bag arrived I was overwhelmed with the quality and craftmanship, it is absolutely stunning. I have only had it for a few days and have already had numerous compliments on it which has, in turn, given me the opportunity to introduce new people to the company.
This was my first order but will definitely not be my last.

Brilliant pieces by an equally brilliant company. This eco-friendly pioneer makes one-of-a-kind amazing purses, luggage, wallets, or anything else you could possibly dream of. They use leather from designers that would’ve otherwise been wasted in a landfill, along with retired firehose and parachute silk (and probably other things I don’t even know about) to create gorgeous designs that let you feel good about being fashionable. I’ve purchased everything from the weekend bag to the wallet and have never been disappointed. Their customer service is outstanding and you may even get an email from the owner herself when you reach out for help. The craftsmanship and quality in their products cannot be beat anywhere. This is a company you’ll be proud to support and still look adorable and trendy carrying their items. I can’t rave enough, I’m a huge fan. Worth every penny and then some.

Was looking to treat myself to 'a little something' for passing my exams. Looked at various 'quiet luxury' bag brands (as well as some 'louder luxury' ones), before coming across 'Elvis and Kresse'. Ordered the red tote, made from re-cycled old fire-fighting hose-pipe. After some slight confusion with the couriers in Ireland, the bag arrived, and is everything i hoped it would be: perfect size, robust and stylish. It will get a lot of use. I have been gifted three Elvis & Kresse creations (belt, 2 handbags). When I found out the story behind these quality items I can't stop talking about the company. They are making a difference and truly committed to sustainability. I was also lucky to have one of the bags made in Fire and Hide style out of a sentimental leather item. These items are classic, practical designs that LAST. And, if there is any problem, Elvis & Kresse are happy to hear about it and then work with you to fix it. I recently bought a jumpsuit (something I never thought I could pull off wearing) but when I put the classic fire hose belt with it, I got so many wonderful compliments. Keep up the amazing work, I can't wait for the day I can sign up for a facility tour!

I have an Elvis & Kresse bag that I have been using for years. I am so impressed with its practicality and durability that I now think of them every time I need a special gift. Most recently I purchased a belt for my boyfriend's birthday in June and he has worn it constantly ever since. I have many Elvis & Kresse products (4 handbags, 2 belts and a purse) that I have purchased for myself over the last 18 years. I have a belt and messenger bag that I purchased so long ago (2008) that they feel like they are a part of me. About 8 years ago my messenger bag (my everyday bag) showed some signs of wear and I contacted the company. They said that they had made some design improvements since that original bag and I shipped it to them to be repaired and sent back, better than ever, free of charge. I love that they are constantly rescuing new materials from landfill and building them into their product line or packaging. My latest favourite piece is my printroom belt made from firehose and printing blanket. I wear it almost daily! I already have my eye on a few more pieces to add to my collection. They have also become my favourite gift to give and with the addition of being able to personalize the gifts I have been able to honour some of the people I love with very unique gifts. As much as I love my products and how well they perform and endure, I am even more in love with the sustainable and ethical model that they are committed to maintaining in their products and business practices.
