Very bad experience with this company i not recommending at all.
My items should be delivery in 1-3 days is already 4 days and I didn’t get it. Nobody answered on the phone and email.
Don’t try to buy with this website
Is looking like dsv delivery my parcel but in some wrong place. I didn’t get any info about my parcel. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Still haven’t gotten information about shipping for an item that was supposed to be delivered within 1-3 days as stated in website - after purchase I got an invoice, but nothing since (except for this automatic trustpilot review invitation). Contacted customer service after 5 days of no correspondence and got a flat answer that it will be delivered in 3 weeks. No accountability taken for the discrepancy in and lack of information provided to the customer. Maybe I’ll get it on the date they provided? But I would not recommend trusting their delivery estimates online

1. Suggest you look at the Google map review as well. It’s extremely poor in Google map. Only 2,5 scores from users who doesn't use trustpilot. It could give you a better picture.

2. Here I would like to share my poor experience of doing business with this shop: Ordered product A online and came with B. Asked them if it’s a mistake then been told A is out of stock so changed it to B instead. Normally in Denmark you will get a call if the online shop would like to adjust/modify your order, to get your consent first and they will also update your invoice later, however this is not the case here. If you email them expressing the complains then you could get such a rude reply: If you don’t like then just send it back. (According to one review from Google map, you can return it but need to pay the postage)

3. Very funny that the owner does spend lots of time on replying the negative review here and there, but why don’t spent time to improve the service at the first place instead? Be more honest and less arrogant towards the customers could save your reputation, as well as your time spent on “fire fighting”.

My order was delivered after 10 days, with missing, Even if I complained, after 2 weeks, my order was not property delivered.

Bad service, no informations and no replies to emails.
Phone service does not work and chat is not answering my questions regarding my order.
The item I have ordered has availability of 1-3 days, I placed the order, paid online, and I have received the invoice. No informations on the delivery is provided.
It is a very suspicious operation and it looks more like a fraud.
I hope to receive communication soon.

I bought an internet radio. When I was buying it there was information that it should be delivered in 3-5 days. Today is a one week since this day. I did not received any information about it so I contacted with Customer Service. I just get reply that I will get my radio in January. It should not work like that, if elvvs knows that there is delay then they should inform its customers. I checked availability on that particular radio on their website and it seems that it is available with delivery time 3- 5 days.
Why it is like that?
