I raised a claim with e-mærket after…
I raised a claim with e-mærket after Power.dk has cancelled my order for two screens due to wrong pricing on Black Friday (discount around 95%).
Power has originally offered me a 200kr discount with no negotiation.
After e-mærket took up the case they have offered me one item at the agreed price.
This negotiation would have not be possible without e-mærket.
Further they have been very fast in following up the case (1-2 business days) and very clear and available to explain me the option, process or answer any of my question
