Loft insulaters didn't speak English, first lot of gas engineers wanted to destroy half the house, second lot of gas engineers didn't know anything and company had no idea who they were and third lot well they are not keen on the English spoken word and very dodgy.

This company promises the world however delivers nothing but inconsideration and stress. They have terrible customer service skills and zero consideration for anyone's working agenda other than their own. One engineer was lovely, he came to measure up for me, asking me if I need a drink when I was home poorly. The second engineer doing the home install was rude and abusive. With one raising his voice at me and insulting me and my home. Horrific experience. I will be making a formal complaint to the managing director, as this time they have gone to far.
